I have been going here for 3 year's and never had anyone treat me badly, until today March18,2017. There is a new employee female, tall and blonde hair that looked at my 7 year old me like I took something from her. She looked ato the gentleman that was in a different side and asked him what would like. So I just waited for her to finish. She then looked at us again. She asked, what would you like? I mentioned to her it was to go and I need a kid's meal with " noodles & chicken teriyaki but more chicken then noodles because he won't eat the noodles." She said, she can't do it but she'll do it this time. Go's on to say that the other girls won't doing either. I replied, okay! She turned around and started to talk to the other cashier. I'm standing and waiting while both are talking about me and not realizing that I can hear them. Then turn around and asked do you need anything else? I'm standing in the same spot where you ask for rice or noodles. I then reply, yes! I need two plates, one noodles and the other rice. She served my favorites but then when I ask her, if I can have 2 Cream Cheese Rangoon and she was serving me my kids meal she stated, it won't fit in there with a smirk in her face. I then made a remark back, "I'll pay anything extra "! She just looked at me as if I couldn't afford it. Seriously! I felt like I was being put down because how my son and I look. Mexicans! We were born her in our Untied State Of America "me 47 years ago, my son 7 years ago and my parents 89 years ago". Just because she's a white girl doesn't make her any better than any color of human beings. I called the manager! She stated, that she was going to talk to her, she has been having problems with her already and don't know what is wrong with her. I mentioned to look at the video and she can see the footage on how rude she was with me. The manager sounded as she was finding it funny because she had a little giggle to her voice. I don't think nothing is going to be done because the manager knew she has been rude to other costumers and she is still there working. Read moreSat 8 Mar 2025 approx 9pm Went to this Panda tonight approx two hrs before closing. There was one couple in front of me waiting to pay, but no one servicing them. After a bit I asked them if they had been helped as they were at the register and but no employee was and I was behind them. They said they were being helped. Meanwhile I looked over and around five employees were standing around the grill chatting about something and two or three of them had black shirts on so I think they were management. Meanwhile there was another employee who was darting all around the restaurant back and forth from the kitchen. Apparently he was tending to the couple, but there was some kind of issue! My food was sitting behind the counter and had been for about three minutes and no employee was checking out customers at the second register. I asked the tall blond haired manager (?) sporting a black shirt if I could pay for my meal as it was just sitting there and I was waiting, but no one was helping me. He proceeded to tell me that I would be helped after the couple who still hadn't paid for their food several minutes later. I stated that my order was complete and I would like to pay so I can go. He doubled down insisting that I cannot be helped until after the couple. I explained to him that there's a second register that no one is using that He can help me at so I can pay. He refused and stated once again that I would have to wait. In all of the time it took to banter back and forth with this manager who refused to give service he could have taken my payment, but his huge ego on his skinny frame wouldn't let him! After he said "No you can wait" the third time I merely turned heel and left! I'll pay for good food and I will at times pay for mediocre food, but I WILL NOT PAY FOR...
Read moreI haven’t stepped foot in a panda express since high school so five years ago and I will never be stepping foot in one again. What a terrible experience- we were told we were gonna be waiting about five minutes for chow mein to come out because there wasn’t any left only to wait about 20 minutes for a girl with glasses to combined the old chow mein that sat there while waiting for the new chow mein to come out and be served that at that point you should’ve just served me the old chow mein because that’s probably all I got since I got a very little portion size of it I think I took four bites and finished it all when trying to order half fried rice half chow mein I might as well have just gotten fried rice my boyfriend made a personal comment to me which no other employee decided to speak on except the black overweight girl with glasses serving it, he was not trying to start a confrontation or anything, but she chose to be stern and speak out to him, which I did not think was right with already receiving poor service telling him for future reference if you want the old chow mein or the new one you need to speak up. how are we supposed to know that after being told we were to wait five minutes for the new chow mein we assumed we were getting new chow mein which he responded with that and she continued to talk back we thought that was very unnecessary and unprofessional especially given the circumstance. even after the chow mein was back out three people with chow mein got their food before we received ours after the occurrence happened so by the time i got my food it was also cold since they’d already served our other food. what a terrible experience that i hope no other customer has to experience! if I could give less than one...
