While Mother's Day is approaching, searching for gifts and I dribbled upon Kendra Scott. I have never ordered from there or even bought a single piece of jewelry and now I will NOT to back. Ordering online was a little bit of a hassle trying to find the right store and the right items. After ordering I got an email saying my order will be ready in 2 hours. After waiting 2 ... nothing ... 3 hours nothing... the next morning at 10 still NOTHING. No text, or email. I tried calling at least 7 times trying to get in contact with someone to get an update in my order. No answer and still no email. I decided I would take it upon myself to order from another jewelry store and drive to Kendra myself. While on my way there my other order was already ready and they did answer the phone. But Kendra Scott, absolutely not. I knew scheduling an appointment to look to go in the store was an option but there was none till the next week! While going in the store I was immediately stopped very rudely by a lady (dark short hair) telling me I had to wait outside. I am not waiting for an item I have already paid for, waited almost 24 hours to get an update, and now having to drive there myself to get an answer. She was extremely rude for no reason! While I was waiting outside for her to help me she continued to help three other customers with soooo much attitude, huffing and puffing like a child. I understand this is a difficult and weird time (I work in customer service) but to be so disrespectful to customers is not a good look for that person or the company its self. She began to tell me she was going to look for my order and a man stopped her and asked to buy a gift card. She then sighed and rolled her eyes and told him to give her a second. if getting a gift card for a customer is that big of an inconvenience for her then she should NOT work there. Finally bringing out my order she thrust the bag towards me aggressively without confirming it looking at my invoice paper. I can NOT believe that I had to experience all of that for my FIRST time ever buying from Kendra Scott. I will no longer do so. James Avery is now my go to.
Do NOT waste your time or money going...
Read moreOrdered the new parsons earrings for curbside pickup at the quarry location. I briefly checked the bag but didn’t throughly inspect(my mistake) ...when I got them home I noticed that one bead was missing on one earring and at least 8 beads were missing on the other earring. I took them back to the store the next morning (Sunday 2/7). The sales associate did the next she could, she told me they didn’t have anymore in stock so she would return them to a gift card and re order , only to find out that I would have to pay the 2.95 shipping...ok, $3 no big deal but this is my 2nd time in the store..the earrings were defective... so who I’m assuming to be the manager comes over and says “well you either have to pay the shipping or I can call la there’s nothing we can do about the shipping I can’t override it” I explained that this was my second time in the store, I’m not paying shipping for something I originally came to pick up at the store and I’m not driving to la cantera... I told her I know I used my birthday discount but can I just return them? It’s not worth my time. She goes “yeah I mean if that’s really what you want to do” and walked away. Then the sales associate tried to return the item, had issues went back to the color bar with (I’m assuming the manager) and said she would be right back. After waiting -~15 minutes the sales associate returned and they miraculously found a way to get the shipping taken care of and shipped the new earrings to my home. Not impressed with the earring quality and definitely concerned about the customer service. I’ve been a long time Kendra lover but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never had such a poor experience. It’s been a while since I’ve shopped in store, but they definitely need a new...

I reached out to Kendra Scott online because my earring dropped and the stone shattered. Yes, in any situation, that sucks. However, these earrings along with the matching necklace are very special and sentimental to me as my son's father (who is now deceased) bought them for me as a "push present". Anyways...apparently the color of them are no longer available in most stores or online anymore, but customer service referred me to this store in particular (Kendra Scott at the quarry in San Antonio) saying that it looks like they had a couple left. He also mentioned that unfortunately they can usually only help with something like this in-store. I am in Houston, but I figured I would give it a shot.
So, I called this morning...Not only did Gabby exceed customer service expectations, but her and the manager sent out the stone to replace in my earring, without hesitation, today. I have already gotten the email confirmation from the post office saying it had been sent out and will be arriving tomorrow. Unbelievable. I was so worried that I was either A. going to have to pay full price for a new pair of earrings (I absolutely would have, but as a single mom, things are tight) or B. that they couldn't help me at all for any reason since via email, customer service did mention about in-store only.
I am beyond grateful for the 2 of them & absolutely recommend anyone in the area to stop by their store and shop with them.
Thanks again SO much Gabby and the manager (didn't get their name), you guys are a blessing and I couldn't...
