The shop owner, Letty, went above and beyond for me on my daughter's prom night. I could explain how I ended up at Hemline 2 hours before my daughters prom, frantically searching for something feasible for her to wear to the event, but that would require some time and length of description and I do not want to lose any readers attention. I will premise this shortened version by saying that you should NEVER purchase a dress from Gaultier and let them handle the alteration if the event you're shopping for is important to you. That said, I found myself in a panick on prom night. My daughter ended up with an ugly, cheap dress she bought last-minute at the mall for prom. While she was getting her hair done for the event, I made a last-ditch effort to find her something better to wear. I contacted a boutique (Scout & Molly's Boutique) for some help. I asked the girl who worked there if she had any dresses that would work for prom that evening. I explained to her the entire story about how the original dress was destroyed by the store it was purchased from and altered by (Gaultier) and how they didn't tell us until 3 days before prom. The sales girl from Scout & Molly's sympathized but said I wasn't likely to find anything for the event there, but within 5 minutes of hanging up with her, I began receiving texts with photos of dresses from strange numbers. The Scout & Molly's sales girl had gone to all the neighboring shops and asked if they could help. One of thoughs numbers was from Hemline (Quarry area). The owner of Hemline - Letty sent me multiple images of dresses. I didn't look, I just headed down to the boutiques in a rush and didn't want to tell my daughter what I was doing or stress her out any further. At Hemline, I found a beautiful lavender dress and a sticky bra that, while it was not prom-formal, it was very pretty. I bought the dress, along with another dress that I found at Shangri-la, (the very last-ditch store I went to after leaving Hemline in hopes that they would have something, which they did.) When I got home I had both dresses in hand. My daughter loved the Hemline dress so much, and it looked so amazing on her. She didn't want to take it off. She was dancing around the room in it, with a renewed attitude. She ended up wearing the Shangri-la dress to prom because it was an actual formal gown, but I guarantee the lavender dress from Hemline will get lots of wear. I would like to give an enormous THANK YOU to Letty, of Hemline Boutique in Quarry Marketplace (by Trader Joes) as well as the sweet and extremely helpful salesgirl from Scout & Molly's (forgot your name girl, but thank you) for going so far above and beyond for me on prom night. Also, Shangri-la sales girls Eli and Miya for saving prom!

My daughter Alexandria and I recently visited Hemline Boutique to start building our wardrobe for the next Fiesta season. I must say, the experience was nothing short of fabulous! From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for a truly enjoyable shopping spree. The shining stars of this fantastic boutique are undoubtedly Letty, the owner, and Jenny, the manager. Their passion for fashion and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Letty's expertise in curating a stunning collection of outfits catered to various tastes and occasions is truly remarkable. She has an incredible eye for detail, ensuring that each piece exudes style, elegance, and a touch of playfulness perfect for building our wardrobe for our many Fiesta events. Jenny, the manager, was an absolute delight to work with. Her knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and she went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect outfits for our events. She listened attentively to our preferences, considered our individual styles, and skillfully guided us through the racks of beautiful garments. Her enthusiasm was infectious, making the entire process feel like a joyous adventure rather than a mere shopping trip. The selection at Hemline Boutique is truly outstanding. Whether you're searching for a vibrant, eye-catching dress or a chic ensemble that effortlessly captures the spirit of fiesta, they have it all. The range of colors, patterns, and styles is diverse, ensuring that there's something for everyone. It was a pleasure to browse through the racks, as each piece seemed carefully curated to inspire confidence and make a statement. Not only did Letty and Jenny help us find the perfect outfits, but they also provided invaluable styling advice. Their keen fashion sense and understanding of current trends allowed them to suggest accessories and pairings that elevated our looks to the next level. Their personalized attention made us feel like valued customers, and we left Hemline Boutique feeling like fashion-forward fiesta royalty. In addition to the exceptional service, Hemline Boutique boasts a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The store's layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing for easy navigation and a stress-free shopping experience. The attention to detail extends beyond the clothing itself, creating an environment that enhances the overall satisfaction of your visit. If you're in search of the perfect outfits for fiesta or any other special occasion, I wholeheartedly recommend Hemline Boutique. Letty, Jenny, and their dedicated team have created a fashion haven that merges style, quality, and personalized service. Their passion for fashion shines through in every aspect of their business, making Hemline Boutique a must-visit destination for fashionistas and fiesta enthusiasts alike. Prepare to be wowed and embrace your inner fashionista at this...

Shopped here for any special occasion and won’t be back. I asked the owner directly and SPECIFICALLY if they did returns because a lot of boutiques don’t so I wanted to be sure that it was okay to purchase options in a hurry. Anyhow I come to return a pair of jeans that didn’t end up fitting/a lounge set only to be told that it was store credit only and it was miscommunication. It was my bad that I relied on her word instead of looking it up. Mind you this was my only return ever. I won’t be loyal to a store that uses misinformation to their advantage on a client spending money just about every visit. It’s a shame they wouldn’t work with me this one time to save a relationship but better to know now.

In response ,as I stated, Per our initial conversation, I was led to believe that you did returns. I also stated I should’ve looked into it Rather than take your word and trust you. If I asked if you take returns, you said we do returns. You didn’t say we do returns for store credit which would have been an accurate response. I specifically remember the conversation Because I was surprised that you did returns to begin with. In the end, You were misleading and should just take responsibility for that instead of trying to say there was a sign...
