Inflatable Wonderland — Attraction in San Antonio

Went to play for first time this Thanksgiving break. Honestly, it was just okay. Not horrible but not overly exciting (but that all depends on what you're looking for). We also visited a new play place by Park North this week and after that one ..we didn't find this one exciting at all. If you've been to the one I'm talking about, you'll want to skip Inflatable Wonderland. My little guy lost interest quickly. It was nice to have the smaller slides for little kids. The big climbing structure was cool, but again, my son lost interest quickly. They have tons of arcade games and sell packages of tokens. But be aware ..it seemed like half of them had out of order signs! We didn't buy any tokens and I'm very glad we did not as anything my son was interested in was out of order. There is an inflatable bounce section. If your kid likes those, they will enjoy the place. It DOES need to be said....the tile floor outside the bounce houses is FILTHY. Like .. DISGUSTINGLY in your face dirty. It made me feel sick seeing my little one walking on it in socks. I didn't like the fact that adults could wear shoes in the same area kids are only wearing socks. It didn't feel clean. Overall there is fun to be had, but the place is pretty run down and feels like it has seen better days. Seeing how dirty the floor and some other areas were made me not want to eat there. We almost booked a birthday party here before coming to play and I have to say I'm very glad we did NOT. There are too many other awesome things to do in San Antonio with kids. We won't...

So we just left a "Halloween party" at Inflatable Wonderland SA ROM.

First of all, not a party at all haha. They had some crafts, and an extremely difficult (for the kids) scavenger hunt for children. It stated the kids would win prizes, so we did it. For how difficult it was for the children, the prizes should have been better than rinky dink little piece of plastic.

They had a costume contest, which both my kids wanted to be in. They said it would be for 3 categories, but only gave away prizes for two categories. The little boy who won "most creative" was a minion.. guess who else was a minion? Finn. When I asked about how that's possible that the only duplicate costume there was won most creative, she told me "it was based on presentation". Well then why wasn't the category called something else, or why didn't you give the prize to a child with an actual creative costume? Also to tell me it was based on presentation, is wild to me. So his costume looked more expensive? I don't understand 😅 wildly inappropriate. My kids can handle losing, no biggie. But how do I explain to my 4 year old with Autism that he lost to someone with the same costume because his costume looked less expensive 😅

I didn't want to cause a scene but the whole vibes were really weird, and when I looked it up online after leaving - the reviews for the place are really weird too. Not only do they have quite a few bad reviews (most places do), but the response from the "business" to each bad review is SOO aggressive, innapropriate, and...

I wish I could give this place zero stars but unfortunately google only allows one . My mother sister and myself booked this place for my niece party and instantly regretted it the server did not help us set up in fact we had zero help also cleaned up our own mess but still tipped the Assistant manager Naomi threaten to throw our packed up birthday items away when we asked her for her information her little sister started to become irate and escalated the entire interaction to a ridiculous level and Naomi smiled through out the entire thing. She did not care that a child’s party was ruined not only did she ignore and laugh at our frustrations we had several children slip in vomit that was on the bounce house and playground she didn’t seem to care about that either the entire staff had an attitude it’s a shame that we wasted our money here. Please take your business else where this place is super unprofessional and they don’t care we will also be filling a complaint with the better business bureau . Save yourself the trouble book elsewhere to the owner your response speaks volumes all anyone has done was blame memebers of our party you have lost well over 5000 in revenue as we were already planning to throw 6 more parties there for other children until that day we just won’t be doing that now all business will be taken elsewhere at it...
