I had a retirement gift made for my husband with a picture printed and a poem engraved on a wooden plaque. From start to finish I was very pleased. I called the shop to see if they could do a rush last minute order and gave an idea of what I was thinking. Luis confirmed it could be done, so I headed into the store to get it designed out. The store was much larger than I had expected! There were tons of really well done examples and ideas to choose from. We discussed the specifics of what I was wanting and then left to get it all sent electronically through text or email to Luis to get started.

Luis did some great work playing with the design and then sent a picture over text of what the finished product would look like. We went back and forth just a bit to get it perfect. I was very happy with the end result and was able to pick it up by the timeline I had, and it was already gift wrapped!
