Just got done here. Ice cream is okay. Waffle cones are great. Big big problem is the snotty service. This was our first time and they’re definitely different with the flavors not represented in front of the ice cream in case. Had kids with us so trying to sort it all out was challenging. Plus the staff seemed annoyed that we were asking for a sample and brought kids in. Not a single friendly hello or thank you for coming - such rude servers and there were four of them and we were only customers. Not a smile from anyone and I watched as they eventually served other customers - not a one uttered a smile. All I kept hearing from the staff was a snotty “anything else”? Kids barely ate their ice cream because the flavors were just off - especially the mint. I love the concept of all natural, organic fresh etc.../ but could do without the rude service and odd process. It would be nice if there were anyone friendly in the store. Even the person that appeared in charge acted like she couldn’t wait until we got out. And we have really well webahved children. So if you’re going to have an ice cream store be prepared for kids. I thoroughly enjoy going here! Their ice cream is fantastic and never fails to amaze me. They have a seasonal flavor section that gives you something extra to look forward to when going there.

Not that you even need an extra push, I mean, it's ice cream! But I appreciate getting to try new flavors every season.

They also now have a doggy cup, so your dog can have a little something too!

The place itself is small. Very little chairs to fit in it. So go there with temperature in mind, as you may be walking or sitting outside while having your ice cream.

If the place seems too packed inside for you, they have almost a "drive-thru" window on the side that you can order at. Since it's at the Pearl, you can't actually drive up to it, more like a... walk-thru? Either way, it's a nice addition to makeup for lack of space!

I highly recommend going there. It's delicious, and you can even ask for samples before committing to your order. There's gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options as well!

Inside doesn't seem wheelchair friendly however, but the walk-thru definitely is.
