I like the store itself, but I feel they have zero respect for their clientele, this store has a lot of traffic, regardless the day or the time, lines are very big, not uncommon to have a 50 plus people in the line, and even though they have several cashier registers, I wanna say like 12?, often it's only 1 or 2 cashiers actually operating, the waiting time is ridiculous long, today for example, monday at 10:30a.m. it was about 20 to 25 people ahead of me, only 1 cashier handling purchases and returns, I was in line for 20 min, and only 3 people advance, because some of these clients were buying fragile items that needed to be individually wrapped. Two senior ladies had to leave the items and leave empty handed because they cannot longer wait. I had to leave too because I need it to pick up my daughter from school, I decided to ask the cashier from the jewelry and handbags department if I could pay my one item there (she was literally doing nothing, just playing with her phone), and she said no. If this was a once in a while occurrences I will totally get it. But this is all the time, I feel if we as clients show you our loyalty by being returning costumers, the store should show love and respect to their clientele by respecting our time, getting more cashiers, having a special register for elderly and /or returns. And OMG clean your bathrooms!!! They are always disgusting, often without toilet paper and without soup. Or with stalks out of service. They definitely are investing very little to keep out for the amount of clientele they have. Myself and my family no longer go to this store during weekends or evenings, I am able to go mornings during the week, and still half of the time I have to leave empty handed because I run out of time in the waiting line. I guess I just need to stop going completely, sad because I really like...

This store is terribly managed. The checkout lines wraparound to the entrance because of lack of registers open. You can’t walk through the aisle cause the have giant rolling carts with products on it all cluttered so you can’t even really see what’s on them. There’s also tons of merchandise without price tags. Last time one item didn’t have a tag so the employee got a random item to scan in its place but didn’t actually put a new sticker on my item so when I went to return it later they had me waiting there for 20 some minutes while they figured out what they scanned and what item on my receipt to return. Then the found an actual similar item and it turns out the price was suppose to be less than what I payed. So they’re just charging people whatever price they feel like and trying to return them how ever much money they feel like. Then the manager was so rude and made it seem like I was lying. As if it’s was my fault their employees didn’t mark the item to begin with and then didn’t even get the right...
