They seem to not honor holds for certain people. We placed a hold on some chairs that we were planning on coming back to pick up in a couple hours after we finished our errands. We were told that a hold is 24 hours. When we came back about an hour later, we parked as she was putting the tags back on, and another couple were talking about buying them. She even asked us, "Oh you're actually back?" Yes, just as we said we would be!

It sucks because we were going to buy a full set of furniture a few months prior, and instead of selling us the full set since they don't honor holds, they allowed a lady to break up the set instead, knowing that the sofa was unique and hard to match, and yes it was still there. Purchased items July 20 and July 27, experience was awesome July 20. July 27, Mason assisted me and was good through the payment process, however as he arranged the loading process out the front doors with the hard working and excellent loaders, his attitude changed for less than approriate.
