CAPTAIN MOE'S FISH MARKET — Local services in San Bernardino

I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I checked the other delivery apps, but it seems that they may only use DoorDash, which wasn’t an issue. I ordered a 3 piece fish and fries, which the menu states comes with a side of coleslaw and tartar sauce, but I received neither. I did, however, get a Hawaiian sweet roll. The tilapia was seasoned in corn meal and spices with a hint of lemon and was cooked perfectly. It was crispy on the edges, soft and moist in the middle. I was unable to eat any fries due to a special diet, but my family enjoyed them. I also ordered 2 fish tacos a la carte, which were tasty. I liked the flavor of the cabbage and the sauce on top of the fried tilapia. For sides, I got Mexican rice, macaroni salad, and fried okra. The rice and macaroni salad were good. Both had good flavor, but the okra was unseasoned and had too much breading. I didn’t receive any condiments with my order. No hot sauce or tartar sauce for the fish and no salsa for the tacos. My receipt states “do not include utensils or condiments,” but there was nowhere to even request utensils or condiments on their DoorDash menu. It would have been nice if they had just included it. I was waiting in line this whole time to order. This cashier lady was taking orders, they thought I was just buying a drink so they said I can order at the counter which I was confused because I was going to order food. The lady started taking orders from the lady who was standing behind me, then the next person behind her. I’m like excuse me you skipped me. Then the boss man came out because I seen him taking over the cash register because the line was getting long. I said she skipped me, and the lady and boss man was being rude with me and didn’t even offer to ask me what I wanted to order as in standing in the front of the counter. I walked off not ordering anything ranting because the customer service there needs to be more considerate just because I’m “little” or “mexican” and everyone was “black” and they need to make sure they handle big lines properly and professionally without discriminating because obviously I was asking questions to the lady behind me. The whole market so family friendly, very unique and is everything we all wanted the whole concept of picking out your OWN fish and fry/cook it to your exact liking for you with the BEST seasonings that make your mouth water without opening up the box. 10/10 store if I could rate it higher I would. The Cajun shrimp was absolutely amazing and my favorite item on the menu and I can’t even compare it to ones I’ve tried before. The store has EVERYTHING you need and it’s an awesome place to bring the family kids there’s kids meals and ice cream and the whole atmosphere on the store plus the amazing staff members Captain Moe’s has THE best quality FRESH fish, shrimp, seafood all in one store that also has a mini market with beverages noodles and a-lot more.
