Horrible customer service my brother had an issue with some jewelry he bought from here that he paid extra for them to upgrade and there jeweler did a bad job. When he bought them back they wanted to charge him to fix it and when he asked what they were charging him for the female sales rep a Indian lady didn't even know. Finally she put the manager lily on and she had no clue either she was asking the other lady that just got off the phone questions in the end they offered him a $60 discount even though there jeweler messed them up in the first place .Then the manager lily went on to explain that the jeweler did not work for Daniel's but was a independent jeweler and that was the best they could do. Then after that accused him of basically wearing out the jewelry and trying to bring it back. The manager never even laid eyes on the jewelry she just went by what the Indian lady told her As she handed her the phone.
