Horrible customer service my brother had an issue with some jewelry he bought from here that he paid extra for them to upgrade and there jeweler did a bad job. When he bought them back they wanted to charge him to fix it and when he asked what they were charging him for the female sales rep a Indian lady didn't even know. Finally she put the manager lily on and she had no clue either she was asking the other lady that just got off the phone questions in the end they offered him a $60 discount even though there jeweler messed them up in the first place .Then the manager lily went on to explain that the jeweler did not work for Daniel's but was a independent jeweler and that was the best they could do. Then after that accused him of basically wearing out the jewelry and trying to bring it back. The manager never even laid eyes on the jewelry she just went by what the Indian lady told her As she handed her the phone. I bought my wife some expensive earrings from the store I paid to have the post upgraded to screw backs their Jeweler made the post too long and they were stabbing my wife in the back of the neck when I took the earrings back to have them fixed they wanted to charge me $180 saying that they needed to replace a post because it was worn out after I explained to them that my wife never even got a chance to wear them because they were hurting her they offered to take $60 off the price and they couldn't even explain to me exactly what the jeweler was charging for. I been shopping at Daniel's for 22 years and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I love how Daniel's feels obligated to reply to every review good or bad but in the end they still don't do anything about it. Seller (I think Filipino guy, small tattoo on left side of face) is INCREDIBLY PESTERING, that turns me away from going to Daniels, I was just making a payment and hes like "So what are you buying today?" Just making a payment "So did you want our watches or some earrings today?" Just making a payment "U sure? we got 80% off Diamonds" MAKING. PAYMENT. "Ok lets check your credit real fast" DUDE!!! The best part? Daniels is the only place where you cant pay online/phone, you have to go to the store and deal with these annoying employees. As a matter of fact, im chsnging my 2 star to a ONE STAR.
