I loved this hotel for the most part! The location was great. Easy on and off the highway with basically no traffic. The bed was crazy comfortable with good pillows and nice bedding. I loved the couch in the room too. My complaints are all pretty minor, and ultimately I will be staying here again next month most likely, but I appreciate detailed reviews to help pick hotels. I stayed on the first floor facing the parking lot. These rooms all have sliding doors that lead into the landscaping? It’s very strange and prevented me from having any natural light in the room the whole stay. The courtyard facing rooms have a small amount of concrete outside the sliding door. The parking lot was rough. They charge $10/day for parking but you’re not guaranteed a spot in the lot. The first night I was there I circled for quite a while waiting for someone to leave before settling on an unclear spot. I then left for less than 5min to pick up chili’s across the street and my spot was taken so I circled for 20min waiting for someone to leave since it was late and I didn’t feel comfortable parking in overflow. The other nights parking was a little better but not great. If you’re charging $10/day for parking it shouldn’t be so hard to park. The water pressure in the shower was not great. If I had long hair still it would’ve taken me forever to wash it. The doors don’t really close so there was a cold draft the whole shower. The towels were nice enough but I wish there was more than one in the room. There isn’t a hair dryer in the room which is usually standard for hotels now a days. I might have been able to request one but it wasn’t a huge deal for one night. Be aware that they play music on the tv for you to walk into when you check in! It scared me, thought I was walking into someone else’s room 😂 but is a nice touch once you realize what’s going on. The room was mostly quiet. I could hear any and everyone in the hallway. The last night I think Bigfoot was staying above me. Again, I really liked this hotel overall. If you’re staying in the area it’s a great choice! The bed was so wonderful and there were lots of plugs all over the place. All employees wore their masks properly every time I saw them which was also very comforting.

Time of stay: October 2024 Had one night stay here before leaving the US (a business trip) through SFO. Pretty much what is expected from a Marriott hotel - the standard room I booked is quite spacious. The room was also reasonably clean and well-maintained. The wifi wasn't that user-friendly and required multiple attempts using the Marriott phone app. There's also a coffee maker, although it can only make dilute Americano coffee. The lobby has a large coffee stand - this is not complimentary though. We did an R&R half-day sightseeing at and around Golden Gate and the waterfront (it was during Fleet Week) before leaving the city and the hotel provided complimentary luggage deposit, which is much appreciated.

Was here on one night United layover. Pros: - very friendly, helpful staff - clean, spacious, well designed room - shuttle to and from airport w/ friendly driver - beautiful courtyard - well designed and modern lobby for eating and working - high quality necessites like shower gel and soap To improve: - guest navigation to rooms/elevator (got lost after a long flight and corrdiors wind forever) - no warm late night food (arrived at hotel at 10pm), a 24hr market exists which I guess is okay as well for some people - minibar next to bed made me wake up a couple times at night - no built in usb chargers in room Pro Tip: The breakfast burrito is really recommendable! Price/quality ratio excellent!

The main reason I booked this property is because it offered an airport shuttle service. My flight arrived around midnight (PT), and I was coming from the East Coast. This meant my body clock would be at 3 am when I arrived to SFO, so I was looking forward to staying right by the airport with easy transportation. The website advertised the shuttle running through the night, which was perfect since I had a late flight. As soon as my flight landed, I called the hotel to ask what I needed to do to request the shuttle. The gentleman (Joseph?) told me to call the hotel once I had my bag, and they would send the shuttle for me. By the time I got my bag, it was 12:32 am. I called the hotel and told them I was ready. That is when Joseph told me the shuttle wouldn't pick me up until 1 am because it only runs in 30 minute increments late in the evening. This information was not published anywhere on the website. In fact, the shuttle is widely publicized as running at ALL hours of the night. As a young female traveling by herself, with a body clock of 3:30 am, I decided to just bite the bullet and call an Uber to the hotel. It was not worth waiting alone at that hour of the night, when all I wanted to do was check in and go to sleep. When I arrived to the hotel, I began checking in with Joseph. This is when things really turned south. The other front desk staffer (a lady) took a phone call from someone who had just arrived at the airport. She told the guest that they would dispatch a shuttle immediately to come pick them up!!! If you're going to treat customers poorly, you should at least treat all of them the same way. This made my experience MUCH worse, as I saw one guest receive preferential treatment because of the front desk staffer with whom they spoke. My check in progress was made even worse when I asked Joseph for instructions to get into downtown San Francisco in the morning. He had no idea, and instead took several minutes to find this information on the internet. When he finally got the information, he couldn't print the information, so I told him to forget it. At that point, my iPhone was more helpful than the customer service person standing in front of me. As I mentioned, my SOLE reason for choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle. I wanted to save money and also have the convenience of the shuttle. Not only did the shuttle not pick me up, but the staff treated me terribly. All customers should be treated the same, and this was a...

The staff was friendly and efficient. I don’t know his name, but I want to specifically compliment the cook who brought my food out on Saturday night 6/22 - he was incredibly friendly and after a long day of travel that was appreciated.||I had a suite and appreciated the large bedroom and the sliding doors to a small porch off the living area. The bed was comfortable and the setting was surprisingly serene and quiet for a hotel near the airport. A couple of positives- the air conditioning worked well, which is often not the case in hotels, also the mini fridge got drinks very cold, also pretty rare in hotels.||The biggest negative in the room was the bathroom that felt very small and cramped. Huge bedroom, very large living area and tiny bathroom ||The things holding me back from a 5 rating are|- I personally found the directions to find the shuttle at the airport to be confusing. Maybe it’s on my, but by simply adding the phrase “go upstairs after collecting your bags” it would have saved me a lot of steps and wasted time. Also, when I did get to the hotel shuttle area and called shortly after another shuttle that just said Courtyard on the side pulled up and I started to get on that one until I verified the address - it was a different Courtyard. |- While I was searching for the hotel shuttle on the wrong level, I tried calling the hotel twice and went through the menu, selecting the option to talk to a live person (I think it’s option 3). Both times it did 4 rings then a fast busy. At that point I was really frustrated. Eventually I talked to a live person by pressing zero|- I appreciated the fact that they gave me 4 PM late checkout since I had a late evening flight out of SFO. However, I did not appreciate that the Housekeeper knocked on my door twice that morning, once just barging in. Plus, they need to teach the housekeeping staff how to knock appropriately - they were making very short repeated light taps - I can’t really explain it but given that it was a suite and I was in the other room, the first time I was trying to figure out what the sound was when she entered. Sounded like maybe lightly tapping quickly with a keycard. ||Overall, the friendly helpful staff made up...
