Wanted to update my review which was 2 star's"" my last few visits since the spring to now.. "food has been good, salad is fresh and I'm happy to say the bread sticks have been hot & tasty...my cheese ravioli was delicious but the main reason we have enjoyed coming here and keep coming back is the server"" Stacy..she rocks!!! Customer service is a ⭐10 plus""she always has a genuine smile and the best attitude..even when she's busy you see her giving awesome service to all her guests.. she should train the others because she outshines them all"" thank you Stacy!! *12/2024"Last visit a couple weeks ago was such a disappointment after the great customer service and food from the past... Bread sticks my favorite were terrible, hard and stale..never had that happen before, then the salad was brought and it was wilted and looked funky..couldn't eat it .. I got the cheese ravioli and thankfully it was good.. when you pay over $70 for 2 and tip 20% you expect better..not sure what was up with our server , she was a young lady who ignored, forgot and gave terrible service, just her only could keep us away but I figure everyone has an off day so we'll return but if the customer service and food hasn't improved and you'll lose a loyal customer.. 8/2024: stopped in to this Olive Garden for the 1st time, what a nice surprise.. I did put name on wait list but it wasn't needed..a party of 2 we were promptly seated in a corner booth, our server a young woman named Mitchell was awesome.. she was very attentive and had a great smile with a attitude to match.. the food was delicious, and soup and breadsticks fresh and tasted great.. the cheese tortellini was great, and the shrimp linguine looked good too.. after bad experiences at other Olive Garden in the area I'm happy to say this place is not the same.. great prompt service, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere to dine..(heads up for I didn't know and it could cause issues for a family or anyone on a budget, the games that you can entertain yourself with and many as myself probably do so unknowingly for a cost charged to your bill..it's linked with your form of payment, playing or checking out as I did..for what? a goofy trivia which I did out of curiosity not knowing it cost money..and not until I received the receipt on way out.. did I see I was charged. I do think this is unfair, as you don't even know you're paying for silly nonsense until it's to late, I did it 3 times and was charged 3 times this for a game that lasted maybe 30 seconds each time..I'd hate to be a parent whose children got ahold of this and did the same thing and unknowingly added a expensive addition to a bill, and this after I pay for my meal for 2 dining and leave a good 35% tip to a great waitress. Which I don't blame her it's not her restaurant (But after spending at a Olive Garden close to $100 plus an additional 35% dollar tip..I don't want to be charged extra for something I didn't even know was costing me..) just something to think about, and perhaps it should be posted on the machine that sits on each table a heads up notice that "Any Games"will cost you to play..just a thought to keep patrons from being upset to see such a silly addition to their bill.. otherwise I still say this is 5star service and food and thank you again Mitchell for the great service..

Olive Garden never fails to deliver a delightful dining experience! From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel like part of the family. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to ensure your visit is enjoyable. The food is consistently delicious and perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a casual dinner or a special celebration. The endless soup, salad, and breadsticks are a must-have—their Zuppa Toscana is simply amazing! The breadsticks are always fresh, buttery, and seasoned to perfection, making it hard to stop at just one (or three). For entrées, the Chicken Alfredo is a creamy, flavorful classic, and the Tour of Italy is a dream for anyone who wants to sample multiple dishes—lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken parmigiana all on one plate! The portions are generous, so you’ll likely leave with leftovers to enjoy later. One standout feature is their commitment to making every guest feel special. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, ensuring that every dish was tailored to our tastes. Plus, the desserts are the perfect ending to a fantastic meal—don’t miss out on the Tiramisu or Black Tie Mousse Cake. The ambiance is cozy yet refined, with soft lighting and a touch of Italian charm in the decor. It’s a place where you can relax and enjoy good food and good company. Olive Garden is the perfect mix of great value, exceptional service, and consistently delicious Italian-American cuisine. Five stars all the way! If you’re looking for a dependable and satisfying dining experience, Olive Garden is the place to go.

I personally love Olive Garden and after spending a decade in HI where there aren't any...since we've been back on mainland we've tried to eat here at least twice a year...we just moved down to this area so it's our 1st time at this one...Casey our waitress is Amazing and friendly and a very very hard worker...its season and not even the weekend and this place is hoppin!!! So of course it's your typical OG food...I always order the chicken scampi but since it actually is a very cold and blustery evening here in SWFL I ordered zuppa toscana soup instead of salad and we ordered the trio sampler of calamari stuffed mushrooms and fried raviolis...my hubby ordered soup (chicken gnocchi & zuppa toscana) and salad with breadsticks...and of course we are getting some tiramisu to go as we want to go home and get in our snuggle clothes and turn the heat on and watch movies because we started our paid vacay for the next 11 days today cheehoo

I normally don't write bad reviews for anything. This restaurant the food is good but the service and the atmosphere is horrible. All my life I have never experienced anything like I did in this restaurant, it's supposed to be a family restaurant and people take their children there. Kids are kids and yes they could get a little loud but my son is only two years old and they he could get a little overexcited. When you have a racist customer telling you to shut-up your child and tells you how to raise your kids because she raised hers the proper way. I told her, she raises her kids her own way and I'll raise my son my own way. I'm not going to punish my two-year-old just because he is talking. But the worst thing was the waitress she came over to our table and told my son to hush up. I was so upset, I never experienced anything like this I got up and left. I guess they wanted me out of there with my two-year-old just to please all the old stuck up racist people there. I went to pay with a $25 gift card and my bill was $28, they wanted me out of there so bad that she took $3 thinking it would make it better for how we were treated. I was born here my son was born here and just because we look different doesn't mean we are different. I would never ever go to this restaurant again and I'll make sure that I'll tell everyone how racist they are. Maybe I should have stayed there until that older person left but I had more class than she did and I left. If this restaurant is going to have problems with families bringing in their kids then they need to sit the families in a different area from these stuck up racist old people. Maybe management needs to step up and train their staff to treat...

I'm from Miami and visited this location last night to have dinner at 10PM after leaving Cirque du Soleil Varekai with my best friend. It was raining a LOT and my friend was provided a restaurant umbrella to help me get out of the car without getting wet. As we arrived we were quickly approached by the hostess and seated in a booth and immediately waitress Bobbi who was cleaning the area nearby came to help us with a super sweet friendly smile. She offered us drinks ( I don't normally drink wine) but Bobbi suggested a Moscato and she instead we tried it free that it would be amazing. To my surprise she was correct and it was perfect! My friend on the other hand was feeling very sick and just had some hot tea, she came with a box of options for him of tea to make him feel better and at home! She quickly took my order and got it perfect instantly, showed constant attention and concerned for me and my sick friend! The food was delicious and so was dessert! Since we told her we now had to drive home 2 back to Miami 2 hours she brought my friend mint leaves for him to smell on the way home and feel better. This kind gesture goes to show that this waitress really loves what she does and she should definitely be replicated and there should be more people like her! During our dinner manager Kevin came by to check in on us and we couldn't help but also let him know how we felt that Bobbi has been the very best server we've ever been helped by and we eat out a lot! So please Olive Garden ensure she gets properly recognized! This makes me want to go back over and over again! Thank you for having excellent people like Bobbi! By far this is my favorite Olive Garden location! Best, Carmen...
