Went here to sell shoes for my first time and the gentleman on staff was so nice and helpful, i sold two pairs of Nikes. Went back again to do the same, when my partner and i walked in both of the people on staff didn’t even look at us or acknowledge our presence in the store. We put the shoes on the counter, and they continued to ignore us. Finally, the guy asked if we were trying to sell them. We said yes, and He seemed immediately uninterested. The main pair we were trying to sell were unworn, untouched stranger things Nikes. The man told us that there isn’t a market for that type of product, and that we should DONATE THEM….? Telling us to donate Nikes that are in mint condition is…..crazy. We left feeling unwelcome and upset about the situation, as if he had already made up his mind when we walked in that he would be unwilling to help us.

I understand if there isn’t a market at your particular store, but instead of saying something along the lines of “try your luck online or somewhere else” this employee was extremely dismissive, unwilling to help, and straight up rude.

Worth saying there is a new season of the show coming out, and these shoes are listed online for $100-$195. Thought we would try our luck locally but that clearly...

Update:

On 8/19 the store owner contacted me back and agrees to pay me on my payout. They claim the old store Rosewood lied on the inventory and amount. Anyway, I already received partial payout. Fire kicks is trying to straight things up for us now. Hopefully, we will all get a resolution. And thanks for trying to solve it.

After they bought out rosewood, they REFUSE to pay us consigners and cause our shoes “missing”. We consulted with attorney that it is fire kicks responsibility to pay us as they bought the liabilities too. But they just chose to ghost us for a few months. Never offer us a solution or a proper explanation. Wouldn’t recommend anyone doing...

If I could say anything nice I would but can't My daughter's first mother's day gift my son inlaw purchased some sneakers that my daughter wanted for ever the sneakers didn't fit. We tried exchanging them and you can but for the same item and color really, they didn't have her size and they couldn't get a different color that fit. The prices are hiked up big time. This store sucks. The prices are high and the customer service sucks. They need to provide better service. We will never shop with them again. Those doors will close with this type of service if I could give zero stars I would. Beware of the hiked prices and the crappie service poor...
