Sorry to give this review. I always had great respect for JC. After two years(over) many many phone calls my items left for repair were never returned. Whether they were completed or not after all of that time I just politely asked for them back by mail. I wanted to pay for shipping and any repairs as well as his trouble mailing them back. I moved three thousand miles away and could not pick them up myself. I understand that he had personal problems etc. however I am out my pieces and have had financial setbacks as we all have had in retail. Just mailing to me would have been very appreciated.
