I am an extremely disappointed in the service that I've received. Tonight 11/05/2018 around 7pm I placed an order through Grubhub.
What makes it worse is I've been here before dining in. But this just goes to show that this restaurant should not offer take out or delivery because there is an extraordinary lack of care that goes into these orders.
I am attaching a picture of my order with the special instructions that were completely disregarded and as the young lady on the phone informed me, may have been due to it being busy (however even though she admitted this she still thought she could lie to me and tell me the chef remembered what she put in my specific burrito).
I have grub hub a try and decided to get some burritos. Two carne aside super burritos that are supposed to come with; rice, beans, choice of meat, guacamole, salsa mex and cheese.
For my first burrito: I asked that they place the beans, guacamole and salsa on the side For my second burrito: I asked that they exclude salsa and add sour cream.
All I received on the side was salsa and pico Inside the first burrito with side requests: lay a mixture or rice and steak with traces of beans and guacamole
Inside of the second burrito: lay steak, beans, and guacamole.
Grubhub called me to check in with the order where I explained the mistakes that were made. When they contacted the restaurant they said that they would not do anything to correct the issues because they didn't get anything wrong.
When speaking to a young lady at the restaurant at 8:12pm (we got the food around 7:55) I was on the phone with Grubhub by 8 and told about the restaurants response moments before. She apologized and said that they were busy and admitted that one of the burritos were wrong, she began to argue with me when discussing the second saying an excuse for one of them being wrong was that they were busy, but wouldn't common sense say burritos being made at the same time that seem to have had their instructions mixed up, would be wrong as well, no?
Either way I was finally able to work things out with Grubhub (they are amazing this restaurant has proven to be unreliable and has shown disregard for customer service which is a terrible trait in management, is not and did nothing to try and fix their mistake or even just openly admit it and apologize. Pride in a restaurant manager does nothing for when you can realize that when people are busy they can make mistakes...but only for one thing and then just stand very strong in that fantasy. I will certainly not be spending any money here and will always be vocal with my friends if they ever thought of doing the same. Luckily I went through Grubhub which is an actually professional business so did what they could to fix the mistake, taking whatever loss they needed to because they understand that things happen, rather than taking the chance of having to sit and argue with a restaurant employee who was clearly not qualified to speak to a customer regarding issues with orders.
I will also say that if there was any confusion about what the special instructions were, the impetus was on the restaurant staff to call and clarify what was wanted and what was not to ensure that there were no misunderstandings in what...

As it states in the order in the second picture Supreme burrito 1, (Beans,Guacamole & Salsa on the side.) Bean allergy...... as you can see in the picture Beans, There is also guacamole in it and it looks like it’s just been scraped off & salsa was on the side in containers. The second burrito has absolutely no rice which it already comes with & no sour cream which the didn’t even put on the side. Called restaurant around 8pm, young woman answered saying that she was the only worker and the cooks were only there at 8pm. A Restaurant that closes at 11pm?????? Well i continued to inform her about the order and what was wrong with it letting her know my allergy and everything. She totally disregarded My concerns and said she will only refund one and that’s it, she also let me know that other costumers were more important that me and that she was done with the conversation and they got my money. I asked her to talk to someone who can help me she refused and was very rude continuing the conversation and i let her know I’m not here to argue with her, but i have an order that was wrong she continued to say that the restaurant is busy and that they thought the order was something else, so basically their mistake doesn’t receive any consequences but Will not be eating the burrito and her manager will be hearing from me tomorrow, for the rude costumer service i received for only being respectful and understanding to...
Read more1st time eating here. The lady was very nice. I left 20% tip...I was hungry, it was hot, I wanted to get something to eat & go home. I feel that some of these kinda fastish-food restaurants sense how you are a "vulnerable" customer when we walk-into their restaurants...& they can send you home with whatever "mush" they throw-together KNOWING there ain't NOTHN' we can do about it...As long as... 》 》 》 the "nachos supreme" look(ed) & smell(ed) delicious... As I got further into this heap of a meal (portion was great) in the comfort of my kitchen-table...the chips tasted VERY STALE...I should have just ordered a taco & been done w/it. I mean, come-on STALE CHIPS?? LIKE REALLY???🙄🙄This DEFINITELY put Mexican food in SD to the LOWEST point...my friends & family will be hearing about this "spot" for sure! But when we are in our "vulnerable" state of exhaustion & hunger...quote everything I said above again...
