Greathouse — Local services in San Diego

i was searching high and low for the perfect fully upholstered couch for my screened porch. I did this search online and came across GreatHouse's website where they had what I was looking for and it was even on sale! I live in Ohio and this store is located in California but despite not being physically present, I felt I received great service from salesperson Katy and the owner Paul. all I had to do was make a call to their location to make an inquiry and from that point on they provided great service. Katy was a great help by personally emailing fabric samples and giving her professional opinion. I received my couch today and I am beyond happy with the product and fabric selection. Looking over the reviews I was not surprised a high percentage is a year or more with high ratings and nothing closer for current buyers. I am VERY disappointed in the management, customer service and the false promises made by the sales persons to close sales. I was still waiting for my complete order to arrive after constant calls after several months delays, to include being put on hold due to not a single person could answer simple questions. I will say the delivery team is very professional, quick and clean when they arrive and are extremely helpful on placement of products. I cancelled almost half my order due to customer service, wrong products being delivered partly by manufacturer wrong product and the greathouse poor customer service and inadequate caring toward their customers spending thousands at ...

This is the second time I have purchased from Greathouse and had a very good experience both times. I called the Miramarbstote today because I got an email with rick bottom prices and I needed a new sectional. I spoke with David on the phone and wanted to know if the sofa was still there. He said he would call me right back and check and get the dimensions for me. He did that and more! He called me within 5 minutes and texted to tell me the dimensions and that it was available. He also took a picture of the fabric so I could see the color. I decided to purchase over the phone which he handled for me. It was easy from start to finish. And David went above and beyond.
