If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in hoping for a new full set because my previous set was old and had a broken acrylic thumb nail. I was initially greeted with compliments, which was nice, but things took a turn once I sat down.
The nail tech insisted that I did not need a new set, even after she pointed out a concerning green/brown spot on one of my nails—something I had never seen before. Instead of removing the half-broken acrylic nail, she simply added more acrylic on top of it. I expressed my concerns about the spot, but instead of addressing it properly, she drilled into it, trying to prove there was nothing wrong. Despite her efforts, the discoloration was still visible.
Feeling uncomfortable with the situation and the lack of proper care, I chose to leave before the service was completed. I still paid $35 for the service. At the next salon, they informed me that my nails appeared to be growing mold due to the old set.
I share this experience not to discourage others, but to highlight the importance of proper care. If a client shows signs of issues from an old set, it’s crucial for the salon to encourage its removal rather than continuing to work on something that...

However, the service was terrible and they ended up rushing my fill after double booking my appointment slot. Everything started out great, then about 20min in I noticed he was really rushing through and layering on the powder very unevenly. When I tried to point it out he said he would file it later, but he rushed through that too and left the nails looking uneven and thick in spots. Then I was told someone else would be taking over because he had another customer waiting. I had to wait about 10min for another tech to attend to me because she had been finishing up an intricate design on another customer’s nails. When she finally got around to me, she aggressively rushed the polish so that she could go back to her other customer and photograph the work she had done for her. The photo of my nails is only one day after getting them done. The polish is clearly uneven, and the edges and cuticles are messy. As soon as she was done she rushed off to attend to someone else. The last time I went, the work was messier around the cuticles and my polish was a bit lumpy. I tried to make another appointment recently and was waiting for confirmation that they accepted my appointment time through their online booking. It was Christmas Eve Day so I wasn’t sure if they’d be open, and since I never got a confirmation, I assumed they weren’t. My appointment was suppose to be at 11am and they call me at 11:03 to ask if I’m coming. When I stated I never got a confirmation, the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that she confirmed it and to “check my phone because somethings wrong with it” and hung up on me.
