Where to start? Can't call it a dive bar, cause that's an insult to dive bars everywhere. Won't complain about having to cook your own food, as you know that going in. ONLY reason we went here is it's walking distance from boyfriends, and the place we WANTED to go was closed while they move to their new (across parking lot) location. So, the "gimmick" here is you cook your own food (which i will never get, why not stay home to do that, as I said, we only came here cause we'd already walked to where we wanted to go and they were closed). Now the thing is, they charge FULL service prices for self service food. (i.e. you're paying the same as if you went somewhere and they cooked it for you, actually you're paying a bit more as the burger doesn't come with fries). They also only offer a half pound burger, as opposed to more reasonably sized burgers. And for the prices charged I would expect not frozen meat (patty came out STILL frozen). They use air fryers, I have no problem with that, but the fries came out tasting like, i don't know, like they picked up the flavor of everything ever cooked in them. Kinda gross (nice and crisp though, wouldn't know they weren't fried in oil). I don't think they clean the fryers after use. Place is kinda dirty and dingy, and the bathrooms......when you use the hand soap, the ENTIRE wall shakes. Talk about flimsy cheap walls. Bartender, while friendly enough, seemed very burnt out. She really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. You also can't split the check if paying with cards (we weren't told this until after we tried to split the check, and bartender didn't tell us until after. said "we have an old system, it doesn't always let us split it). It's no biggie, really, but you need to let someone know that up front. (oh, and some of the brands of alcohol they had, lmao!!!! cheap cheap cheap, and i'm sure they're charging regular...

Easily the worst experience I've ever had going to a bar. We were racially discriminated against and physically pushed out of this place when staff and management were at fault.

I came here with some friends after watching the lakers game at a place across the street. Everything was ok at first. We got drinks, played shuffleboard/darts, and were able to hang out. Towards the end of the night we bought one last round of drinks. Shortly after, the security guard came up to us and snatched the drinks out of our hands and said we needed to leave.

I noticed the bartender was still serving drinks to other people at the bar, and a couple people were served shots after 2am. When we said we wanted our money back for the drinks taken from us the staff started speaking to us in a very disrespectful manner. There was a girl who was clearly a frequent customer and friends with staff/management who then physically started pushing us out of the door. There was a group of several people in there who were friends with staff/management who stayed inside of Cheers when we were kicked out.

Security threatened to ban us from Cheers even though we were harrassed and their bartender illegally served drinks after 2am. What's frustrating is the complete lack of accountability for this...

First time here tonight. It's a party going on right here. Mostly friendly joint in a strip mall. Met the owner (Cheryl) because she was on the floor making sure everyone was having a good time. Had to adjust to being in a place where they care about that. Also a unique set up. A horse shoe shaped bar with a kitchen door on one side. Go to the bar for whatever. Food, go to the bar. Drink. Go to the bar. It works but you got to get up and mingle. They have a professional gas grill with a vent hood out in the seating area. They keep it stocked with clean spatulas, paper goods, spices, and sauces. Order a prime steak and they bring it to you ready to cook. I did. It was crazy good! Came with a nice salad and garlic bread which I also threw on the grill. Killer. Grub. Brought out the basket of bar fries. Well worth it. Tonight was a local band called Good Company. They rocked the place late into the night. Some nights I guess it's karaoke or some other level of entertainment. No pretense here just rockin good times. I...
