U will be surprise at some of the pieces thinking it’s a lot more then it is. They have mark downs through out the year that makes this place worth waiting for. We worked with Esther with our first house and called her to help us with our second house. Esther has helped us with our kitchen, dining room and living room with our first house. She tired in all the pieces Including wall art, rugs and furniture from the front entrance to the kitchen and everything flows so well With our second home, she added to the furnitue accent pieces and our home looks like a model home. She’s super professional and Came out to take pictures and look at our space with both homes. It was urgent for us to get furniture so she made it a priority. When presenting her suggestions, she had everything drawn up with the floor layout along with pictures and correct dimensions to scale so u can really picture the pieces along with how it will fit and look in the room. Esther has a lot of style knowledge and is very communicative with product availability and timeliness. Our oil painting came in with a tiny bit of peeling and she immmediately took care of the issue with replacing it. Our couch pillows were the wrong pattern and again, Esther immediately took care of it by ordering the correct ones. Some of the furniture may take a while to order but Esther is super up front with the timeline and things do happen during shipping that is outside of Lawrance and Esther’s control, but they have handled every situation in a quick manner and follow through with making sure it’s done right. Super happy with their customer service from the time you walk in to the time it gets delivered.

Read moreI bought a very expensive couch in July and was told at the time that it would take "up to 4 months" for delivery. Fine, I would wait. But more than 4 months later, I called to find out that it won't be available until February (that would be 7 months after purchase). Two things I find very annoying about this is that 1) I had to call to find out that I would not get my new sleeper couch in time for the holidays. Good customer service would have included that they called me when they realized that my couch was past due. And 2) I can't cancel the couch even though it is not finished at this time. I have no option but to wait. I would recommend that you find a place that has couches in stock. Also, if you decide to special order then don't bother paying full price at purchase, maybe just put a deposit down and don't expect it to show up...

We went to Lawrance Furniture because they have high end quality products. We spent at least an hour and a half testing a variety of beds while being educated by Joel on the technology and features of today's mattresses. A lot has changed in 19 years! Joel provided us the perfect balance of showing us what features we need to pay attention to and the value of those selling points as it pertained to our individual sleeping needs and issues. We could not have achieved this experience via online shopping. The quality of our split king mattresses and adjustable frames we purchased is outstanding.
