Ok first I was recommended to try this place by my friend and my co workers I work right across the street.. so I went in on my lunch break which by the way only one hour long it ended up being a 2 and half hour long process mind you I only got a gel mani and regular pedicure ok my toes got messed up once we went to sit down to start my nails she accidentally tapped them so she had to (redo my two big toes) finished doing my gel manicure 💅 first after that she re painted my toes I waited to dry she said wait for the top coat started on someone else then she said I was done ✅ after walking to my car my big toe on my left foot rubbed off I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ how but she did stretch the polish make it thin but she fixed it and I left pretty much happy 😃 the next day six of my finger nails peeled up the gel came straight off whole left hand and my thumb on my right hand so I called they told me to come in before four pm so I left La Jolla came all the way back to Little Italy to get it fixed and paid for parking and got them ✅ done over she fixed the nails that came off she said it was my first layer the other girl used probably didn’t stick so I left pretty much happy but I get home 🏡 my big toe swollen and hurt 😞 by my cuticle where the first girl supposed to cleaned and clipped but didn’t get everything now I’m in so much pain this whole experience is like no other I think the first girl should refund me bc she messed up a lot and I still tipped her like maybe she had a bad day I never complain I’m normally a pretty nice bubbly person excited to get to know people around me but I have never had such a jaw dropping experience like this before so my opinion have a open mind and heart and pray you get in with the right person who has outstanding service who...

Super small, CHEAP, cramped space that smells strongly of chemicals with very uneducated and rude women working. I've never seen a smaller more crowded nail salon and Ive been to many bargain basement nail shops in Manhattan. I shouldve walked out as soon as I saw and smelled the vibe.

The other reviews are correct -- this place is chaos: disorganized and runs itself. It's like every nail tech for themselves grabbing customers. If there is a manager she never identified herself.

Nail techs will get nasty and complain about you in their language looking straight at your face. Ive gotten budget manicures done at Walmart and in the hood next to blighted boarded up buildings where dead bodies covered in tarp show up on the liquor store corner every few months.

And this is still the worst customer service and ratchet ignorant overall vibe Ive ever experienced in a nail shop!

Well done San Diego, you suck!

Just moved to Little Italy, and I needed to find a nail salon. I came to this nail salon 3 times. The first time I went with a friend second time I went by myself. It was a little weird again today I went, and it was super weird. I got really bad service. The lady that was doing my nails. She’s very aggressive and she had a really bad attitude made me feel really uncomfortable. I asked her multiple times not to cut my nails and she still cut my nails all the way down, as she was painting my nails and holding my nails, she was squeeze my nails really tight. Every time she got done with a finger, she kept pushing my hand ..She kept slamming the nail utensils on the table I was asking her was she OK she say yes but I could tell she wasn’t because when I walked in, she was on the phone and it seems like she had a really bad phone call ….at the end of it all I paid I even gave her a tip and she threw the tip right back at me.
