My mother-in-law and I made appointments at Nail Origins for the day before we were going to a wedding. After a few bad experiences in a row at our last nail salon (we're talking cuticles cut to the point of bleeding, uneven polish, uneven nail shape, really all the bad things), we knew we needed to find a new place. I found Nail Origins on yelp a couple weeks after they opened and it seemed perfect. Going into our appointment my expectations were pretty high after reading all the rave Yelp reviews. And honestly they still blew me out of the water! First of all, everything they use is all natural, organic, and vegan. There's no chemical smell when you walk in, and the vibe is very welcoming and relaxing. We were early for our appointment, so we had time to pick out our colors before we sat down. As soon as we sat down for our appointment my mother in law got a mimosa, and I got a white wine. We both got the volcanic detoxing pedicure which smelled AMAZING, and the detoxing soak was such a fun sensation. I've had pedicures with paraffin wax and hot stone massages and the whole shebang before, but you better believe me when I tell you that whatever extra magic they did made my feet softer than I think they've ever been! Then we just got the classic manicures, but there was nothing normal or basic about it. My hands felt amazing after, and the polish was flawless. A huge shout out to Helen, Christy, and Ruby for taking care of us! They were all amazing and I'm pretty sure Helen is our new best friend. It's only been a week and my nails are still perfect, but I already want to go back for my next appointment! Trust me, this is your new nail salon! I'll be bring all my...
Read moreMy sister and I were at the salon on Monday and our experience was interesting to say the least. My nail artist was Ruby and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. I’m obsessed with my nails and they are amazing. There was an older employee that kept staring over her shoulder and scoffing. it was completely unprofessional to be scolding an employee mid appointment. My sister received a dip removal, a dip manicure, and a gel pedicure. Her dip removal completely destroyed her nails. The nail artist left the acetone on them for far too long even after my sister talked about wanting to grow out her nails. The artist was distracted by her daughter walking in and demanding that her toes needed painting. during the rest of our appointment, this same daughter was yelling and being completely unprofessional. We were attempting to have a relaxing afternoon, but that proved difficult once she arrived. In the end, her nails and toes looked fine, but the integrity of her nails underneath is completely destroyed. I feel horrible as she has been attempting to grow her natural nails for a year now. The search for a decent nail salon continues.
edit: reply Due to the incredibly damaging dip removal and the following grinding even more to put dip back on disrupting the integrity of her nails to a point of almost no return (until they’re grown out through a whole cycle) a refund for the dip services would be sufficient and fair, as financial compensation will aid in the cost to fix her nails after this dip needs taken off and whatever replacement action is needed for her to be able to use her fingertips and nails at all until they’re...

I do Not recommend. All natural Nail salon is clean, But - Older woman rushed through service but slowed down after I had to ask her too.🥴 When finished, I was given an attitude after the Older lady was tipped (guessing she didn't like that she thought i would complain about rushing the service but waited after she got her tip to have a little sneaky attitude)! In my opinion she may not be experienced enough. *My nails are lifting and overall I've had much better. Some of the products like dip powders are full of lint and it's so unsanitary - and ANY foreign particles in nail products causes issues with your nails. I will not be back but If you do decide to come here I would choose a younger tech that takes pride in there work as when I was there I saw a young nail tech doing nails in a way she took pride in it and her customers nails showed it. However, I do not think this place cleans the products being used on the nails. Too much lint coming from the different products used on me. I will...
