Tried this place for the first time tonight. We went for an early dinner, and we were lucky they had a booth open and were seated right away. The server was so lovely and sweet. They have a good menu but not too overwhelming. My sushi rolls came out really quick. My husband's bento box took a while. I was actually almost done with my roll when his food finally came out. During our dinner, they started getting really busy not only in the restaurant but with a lot of takeout orders too. So I'm glad we came early. The California Tempura Roll was yummy. The owners make you feel welcome the moment you step inside. There is a nice variety of items on the menu, what you'd expect at a Japanese restaurant. I ordered the Energy roll based on Google user recommendations and it did not disappoint. My favorite dishes were the Nigiri, especially the salmon and tuna. The flavor was incredible with a consistency that just melted in my mouth. Best Nigiri I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Food is decently priced. Lots of mayo on the rolls, same with eel sauce. I picked up a baby albacore sushi roll to go. I had it at home, it tasted so bad I almost threw up. I called them to tell this so that they can correct the batch that got bad. Lady who picks phone, “we gave lots of albacore no one had problem. It’s you have problem” nothing of bring the roll back , Or refund or we will check it. And then slammed the phone. I was only giving some feedback.
