We went in today at around 7 pm and we received horrible service. First off, tell me why were they so overprotective over their $35-70 dollar rings. I just wanted to try them on and the employee and the other workers were not welcoming whatsoever. I understand that store inventory is a priority to be taken care of, but when a staff member is hovering over you making it obvious that they think you might be suspicious or stealing is something horrible to make a customer who is genuinely interested to buy something feel like. They did not at least engage in conversation and act somewhat welcoming. While talking to us it was all passive and felt like they were annoyed at us. My friends and I were in the store I wanted to try the rings but I felt rushed and the employee was not only hovering over me but was crowded over me while I was looking at the ring I was wearing. The other employees were also subtly glaring at my friends making them feel uncomfortable at the same time. When I was later trying to try another ring I felt pressured and rushed to leave. I was genuinely ready to buy a ring today. I already had my eye on a few rings online and was ready to try them in person but I felt so unwelcomed, pressured, and disrespected to try on more so I left because I did not feel comfortable buying anything when the service was so disrespectful. I didn't want to buy the ring and be reminded of them profiling me and my friends. We were the only people there and we dressed pretty decently. We are college students but why treat us like that even if we are? I was just soo thrown off by the service and the assumption they had about me and my friends. So beyond disappointed. The customer service is horrible, the ladies are careless, and I went their to fix my bracelet and buy some gifts for my family as I’m travelling. The lady showed no effort of trying to get my bracelet fixed, as she said that my warranty has expired a couple of months ago, so we can’t help you. I understand that, but the way how she dealt with the situation and how lack of communication were not professional and pleasant!
Regardless of the horrible customer service, I still wanted to buy the gifts because I love Pandora products. Two ladies were covering the rings area as I was trying to check them they kept talking and laughing and covering the glass with their inventory items.

Was waiting in line for ~12 minutes than the associate said: “someone will show up soon, I’m not alone here” After 5 more minutes of waiting I gone for another store was hoping try again later. The second attempt was horrible as well. The salesperson said like: “I'll finish with the other customers and then get back to you.” The same situation happened again!!! I said that I just need to know if they have one ring in stock (size) to which she said something like “yes, probably here…” and left to other customers. They need to hire more employees for the holiday season or learn to listen to the people. It's not just about the cost of the purchase, (check for business) it's about that people can't waste 30 minutes of their time for one ring for $70 and end up leaving...
