My interaction with this store and employees can unquestionably be considered my best experience with customer service I've had in my life. Sean, the RazerStore Manager has been an integral part of the customer service experience. In order to fully explain how fantastic this experience has been I must explain the background. I had apparently made a mistake regarding the delivery location of a pice of merchandise that I ordered for my girlfriends Christmas gift and selected pick up in store instead of deliver to my address. When I realized my mistake I called the store and Sean was quick to address and fix the unfortunate circumstances caused by my negligence. Sean was very welcoming, kind and enjoyable to speak to. He assured me that he will make sure the gift makes it to my address via a specified delivery service. When said delivery service failed to appear the day it was supposed to be shipped, Sean offered to drive the gift to the delivery service himself all the while keeping me updated of the situation via email and phone-calls. Read moreI recently purchased a Razer laptop online for pickup in-store. I picked up my laptop and realized on Day 1 that I had an internal fan issue. I wasn't worried since I had a 14-day return policy.
I brought the laptop back in on Day 6 and found out that the Razer Online & Store were different entities and theoretically I had to return the laptop back online. Sean B was around and told me he'd see what he could do. After going to the back, he came back with a new laptop and said he'd deal with the online/in-store issue. Didn't expect that help but really appreciated it!
All in all, since that initial minor fan issue, I have had absolutely no problems with my laptop. I love it so much that I went and purchased a dock as well, with plans to upgrade my keyboard/mouse in the near future. Another associate walked me all around the store to tell me the pro's/con's of each device (ie. the keyboard is clicky, has a mesh, is bluetooth, etc.).

Read moreThough the razer store has amazing products, great customer service and and overall diligent staff I am disappointed in the razer care call center staff who are rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Without any terms and conditions in writing in any way shape or form it seems that they're only prerogative post a customer purchase of they're extended warranties (which are there to cover minor damages) are only to loophole and wiggle arbitrarily out of covering damage to they're own products highly dissatisfied with that part but somehow the staff are so wonderful they reign it in... So I would give the store more of my business but definitely inquire deeply before purchasing a care plan/...
