The staff at this Pop Mart have already lied to us twice. The first incident happened at night during a Labubu release. While we were waiting in line, a male employee informed everyone that they were no longer allowing people insideāthis was a full hour before closing time. As a result, everyone in line, including us, left and headed toward the vending machine near the playground. Shortly after, I saw two individuals who had been far behind us suddenly exit the store. Curious, we walked around the buildings and saw that the line at Pop Mart had filled up again. When I confronted the employee about this, he couldnāt provide a clear explanation.
The second time employees lied:
This happened during the release of the newest Labubu series, Big Into Energy. One of the employees, wearing a Disneyland zip-up hoodie, told us they were sold out of the new series and only had the Have a Seat line leftāfair enough. But not long after, the same employee came outside and said they were completely sold out of all Labubus. Some people left, but we stayed in line, especially after our previous experience with them giving out false information.
Once we got insideādespite being told everything was sold outāthey managed to sell two full boxes, and we still walked out with one Labubu ourselves.
Iām not personally invested in these toys; I was just there with my lady. I'm writing this to shed light on how poorly theyāre treating...

I came to the store with the intention of purchasing around 40 toys ā these were meant for children in my daughterās class and a parallel class at her school. I approached an employee named Adam for assistance. Unfortunately, his behavior caused me serious concern. Without any clear reason, he asked me to leave the store.
Following this, I spoke to the manager and requested a review of the video footage to objectively assess the employeeās behavior. Unfortunately, this request was also denied. After returning home, I reviewed consumer protection laws and did not find any grounds that would justify such treatment from the storeās staff.
I sincerely regret that other customers may have had similar experiences. While I do not plan to escalate this matter to law enforcement, as it would require a significant investment of time, I do hope that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar situations...

I followed the rules on this post, which said that the line-up starts at 7am and strictly no one can line up before then. I got here at 6:30am, and people were already in line. Additionally, I saw a lot of people cutting the line with the staff bringing them straight into the store without getting in the main line with the people who in the short line for Peach Riots. I arrived at 6:30am and had to wait until 2:34pm to get in, and everything| wanted was sold out. So what is the meaning of this post? I came from LA, driving down to SD early in the morning, excited for this celebration, and waited 8 hours for nothing. If u already have people who u wants sell the stuff to then don't post this about the time and rules for who wants to buying stuff, i just feel like u used the people who follow the rules to get u free advertising about people in line to get...
