This is a great cafe with delicious croissants and sandwiches. Their L’alsacien croissant is definitely the best. Their coffees and expressos are good, too. A cozy space with a few outdoor seating options in the mall area. Their breads are very delicious as well. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, dessert, and sweets in general

The staff is very friendly, especially with my toddlers running around and almost venturing behind the counter. The service was surprisingly slow for a sandwich ~15min and no one in front of me. The food was overpriced for what I thought was nothing special. I thought there would be something unique about it.

Good pastry selection here and a wide variety of crepes, cakes, and coffee. Tried the gelato - hazelnut and cookies and cream. Hazelnut was good and tasted like hazelnut but the cookies and cream tasted like nothing. No toppings. Good spot for coffee and pastries, but pass on gelato.

Delicious macarons, I can say the best in San Diego. I went to fashion valley last month and fall in love with their macarons, I have been buying the rose flavor of another store at utc selling macarons for 2 years, but this store’s every single flavor is better than that one. Favorite ones are rose, lavender, pistachio, salted caramel, Italian espresso. Note that they only have random 4 flavors of gelato each day so if you want some, call them before visiting. Brand new shiny location! I am used to go to their other locations; UTC mall was definitely in need of a bakery w/ pastries and desserts that delivers.
