Yog-art Frozen Yogurt, Boba & more — Local services in San Diego

It is no small task, especially in this day n age, to show enough customer service, class and good business sense to make a customer feel the need to write a 5 star review. Clearly this establishment was well cleaned and well lit, but that doesn't mean much now (May 2020) considering the CDC's recommendations for cleanliness. Still the atmosphere here was wonderfully welcoming and fun during such a low time in our country. The server taking our ordered from the modified social distancing counter was warm, welcoming and more than just excited to help, but also seemed to offer an "it's all going to work out" sort of attitude. This is helpful when so many of our interactions and conversations with people are about the doom and gloom of the era. Let me say this, I don't write more reviews just because I'm home more often. In fact, I write fewer reviews because I go out to fewer places, but this place, the people, the variety, the tastes were so good I couldn't help myself from giving them a glowing recommendation. No doubt they have earned their current 4.7 rating and hopefully so much more for the future. When I needed a sugar-filled pick-me-up from my dreary COVID-19 mask wearing day, this place was there with more than just a clean facility and friendly smile. I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want to fight through the crowds of people this place deserves, but I cannot deny them their due credit.

This place is great. I come for the frozen yogurt and the milk tea.

Frozen Yogurt: delicious! Perfect amount of tart and the flavors actually taste like what they say they are. I am particularly fond of taro and orange (when they have it; their menu rotates).

Milk Tea: solid flavors, good bubbles and egg pudding. The real winner is the BOGO flavor of the week! It’s almost always a good flavor, so it’s perfect for my family of 4!

Very disappointed in this place now! This is a local yogurt shop my family and I have been coming here for so long. The young ladies who own this are the sweetest and offer the best service. There has been new employees recently, we were walking up to the door and we seen the blonde girl run to lock the door at 9:10 pm on Friday night when the hours shown are 9:30 on the weekends.
