This was my usual go-to location since I live so close, but Iāve felt awkward and uncomfortable the last few times Iāve done my shopping here. I get it, itās your job to prevent shoplifting and to keep tabs on everyone Iām sure as Iāve witnessed 2 girls run out of ulta once with a basket full of items.. but itās a bit much. I had like 4 employees ask me if I needed help in a row within a minute, donāt they communicate through their headsets if Iām not mistaken? Iāve had a girl pretty much lurk around me after already asking me if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for, listened to her suggestions etc, I was nice and polite about it and kept browsing. I turn around and I see her eyes peaking over at me an aisle away? What theā¦. at least be more discrete about it. Please let a girl breathe during her āmeā time lol. I definitely take my time looking at products and searching reviews on my phone before I splurge away, I carry a small purse and donāt even bother putting my phone in my pocket for this reason. I cannot stand the weird vibe I get being in this store. I donāt think I look suspicious? Or maybe I do, thatās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this store in fall 2024, to buy concealer on a quiet weekday night. The store is clean and stocked!
I picked out a few concealer brands. As all Sephoras do, the staff asked me if I needed help. Knowing the store wasnāt too busy, I said āyes, I would like to get shade matched in these concealers.ā The staff selected someone who was available to assist me.
My problem with the next interaction was hygiene. The employee was not careful using tester product around the eye area. The brush went into my eye with tester product a few times. I hoped I would not develop an eye infection. I think every shopper consenting to having shared tester makeup on their face, deserves an employee careful enough to not get it in their eye.
However, the employee got the job done. I remain happy with the concealer shade I purchased. I did not get an eye infection.
I will return to this store, but will be wary if I need a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe rudest employee working in the front yesterday night on 03/01/24. She kept screaming the time they were going to close and every time someone walked in she screamed again. Like I get it, you want to go home. But thereās no need to be rude and arrogant when customers are there to help make business. And have an experience. Iām a regular Sephora customer and it was my first time at this location. Being a business manager customer service looks like this Instead, you can politely say āhi welcome to Sephora! we do close at 8, but is there anything we could help you with?ā And smile! The Lady looked mad and angry. I told my family and friends to never come here. Sephora, please double check your employees and make sure they genuinely want to be there. I wish this place didnāt have ignorant employees or Iād recommend them...
