Every time we go to Las Americas Outlet, our first stop is always The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Weâve never had a bad experienceâuntil now. The drinks have always been great, so this time we ordered a few more than usual. As we walked off, I even said how consistently amazing everything has been.
But just a few stores down, I realized my $7 iced drink was already gone. It was packed with so much ice, I only got a few sips. I went back to speak with the barista, expecting some understanding. Instead, she just explained how they make the drinks and handed me a $1 couponâno apology, no offer to fix it. Just, âNext time ask for less ice.â
If she had simply said, âLet me make it right,â I wouldâve been happyâand tipped generously. Instead, I left feeling disrespected. I wouldnât recommend this location to anyone now. When i went up to the counter to order the guy was rude and made me feel like i was an inconvenience.
