Jamba — Restaurant in San Diego

My experience was so bad I came to pollo loco to get food and saw the this place and decided to come inside I saw two girls talking to the girl working on the cash register. There was two other people standing and there was a guy who was obviously wanted to say something but didn't so I went to pollo loco to pass the time and get my food just to come back to the girls still standing there talking to the cashier while that the two guys that where waiting walked out and so after the girls got there drinks they decided to have a full blowed chat with the cashier both of them side eyeing me and even when I get to it I come to redeem a offer I had from T mobile she tells me that the in store close at 8 pm, it was 8:10pm which if she didn't freaking talk all that much she could've gotten...

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The 3 people working were extremely rude and did not care about anything. It took a few minutes before someone got to the register. It seemed like we were bothering him. It took 30 minutes for us to get 3 of our drinks. Then while those melted they made 2 more. Then I told them that I was still missing a smoothie and two pretzels. 10 minutes later the smoothie comes out. I wait a little bit and had to ask for the pretzels AGAIN. The manager or lead Lilly* should be fired. She has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. She acted like her helping her employees was a chore. I absolutely love Jamba Juice and wanted to support a new location. The issue started at the drive thru. I placed my order and the staff taking my order seemed a little confused. They repeated my order and I confirmed. I was made aware of an extra charge and that was okay. When I received my order, it was in a branded cup and not a clear cup. If my cup was clear when it was handed to me, I could of been able to visually see I did not receive what I paid extra for. I discovered this unfortunate mistake after I left the location.
