I moved in about 8 months ago. I specifically chose this apartment for the patio and the pool. After 4 months of living here i received a notice on my door, along with all the other tenants stating "We're excited to announce our new hydro renovation project. ....You'll need to remove all your belongings from your patios and store them for at least the next 3 months as we do work on each patio. The pool will also be closed during this time." It has now been over 3 months. Not only have I not had access to my patio for this time, but the construction is so loud that i cannot take zoom calls. Every morning I wake up to the sound of construction workers right outside my sliding glass door, the construction goes on throughout the day until 5p. And now the construction is moving inside our apartments as well. We had to move all furniture and belongings at least 3 ft from all exterior walls for the foreseeable future ( i live in a studio, because of the furniture move, i can no longer walk in my apt. i jump from one piece of furniture to the next just to get to the kitchen or the bathroom. I know of 4 renters who have now broken their leases and moved out. I know of 3 others who are staying with friends due to the immense amount of day-to-day interference caused by this construction. I rented this place so i could have a nice patio to relax on in the evenings, so i could store my paddleboards on the patio and have access to them anytime. I havent gotten to enjoy my patio at all this summer. I havent gotten to paddleboard at all this summer because my boards are locked up. But I'm still paying higher rent to have a non-existent patio. UPDATE: on Dec 22nd (yes, 6 months after they started) they finished the patio. They left a note saying I could not keep my paddleboards on the patio-- the reason i rented the place. Throughout the process they entered my apartment without warning on multiple occasions. The pool...
Read moreI have been living at 240 Dolores for a year now. Everyone on the staff especially the property manager is very friendly and great to work with. When I first moved in I didn't like the unit I ended up in and they worked with me to get me into a unit that was a better fit for me. They didn't have to go out of their way to make sure I was happy since I signed a year lease, but they did. We have not had any issues with our unit since we moved in except a small thing which was taken care of immediately. Trinity is doing a great job keeping the the building and they have done a lot of updates in the year I have been here.
I have lived in a lot of apartments over my life and 240 Dolores is one the the best I...
Read moreI moved here from out of state for a new job and struggled looking for a place that was a perfect fit for me. I stumbled upon these apartments and then Noah gave me a tour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I know I'm in good hands with Noah! Looking forward to...
