The literal best place to get a deep tissue massage ever. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming – I truly appreciate the entire experience. They will offer you a laminated board to circle where you are needing attention and you can also note where you would not like to be massaged. They have air purifiers in each room and are conscientious about hygiene. I’ve gone to a few different therapists and each has been incredibly skilled. I personally love incredibly deep massages and my absolute favorite massage therapist, Grace, infuses Thai stretches and movement to really get the extra wild knots. She’s seriously a miracle worker, and I’m not exaggerating… my migraines have significantly reduced from regular visit with her. Couldn’t recommend her or Suchada enough.

Evidently I had no idea what to expect from a Thai massage, but ultimately what happened is that I received the best stretch of my life and left feeling like I had a completely restored body. An aside, I appreciate that they offer 30 and 45 minute slot options in addition to the standard 60 and 90.

Great, cozy neighborhood find (steps from Dolores Park) which serves fresh juices in a welcoming environment (in addition to being a massage / spa). Unlike many spas in the Bay, it's not overly stylized, rather, warm and welcoming. Conveniently located / very close to public transport.

Had no pain in the legs ans now I have

First of all I don’t know why they ask you to circle the parts you want massaged and X the parts you don’t want to be touched ig they don’t follow this at all.

I went to do massage because I had lot of neck and upper back pain. I clearly indicated those areas on the image they have and also that I didn’t want massage in the back leg.

The massgist spend half of the massage time on my back legs. And completely forgot about my neck. In fact she was already cleaning me up when I had to tell her that I needed my neck massaged to so she spend a little bit of time in this area.

In the end she decided to do my front leg even that I clearly indicated I did not want this area touched. She applied too much pressure and it was unconfortable. I told her to stop but she repeated the same thing for the other leg to equal them.

One day after I woke up with inside tight pain on the area she pressured.

Really disappointed with that service and lack of profissionalism. I spent +115$ on a deep tissue massage to came back with leg pain and no improvent on my neck.

Their online scheduling system also don’t work at all. I had to create an account there and go thru the process of scheduling and it didn’t work at all. Had to go in person to schedule and wait an hour because the time I tried to schedule was not...

This wonderful neighborhood spot doesn't get enough press but they're so lovely! I did a walk in appointment on a Monday evening at 5:30 and was immediately greeted in the open, relaxing entry. The open entry (no shoe)space is quiet and calm, and immediately feels refreshing with the soft music and aromas of natural oils you can choose from for your massage. They offer a wide variety of traditional Thai massage, combination Tai/Swedish massage, a quick chair option (if you don't have a lot of time) or even a foot massage option. You are presented with a chart to indicate areas you might need extra attention to or areas to avoid it you have injuries. You can also indicate how much pressure you would like. My masseuses Samantha definitely followed my requests and even checked in during the massage to make sure I was happy. I thoroughly enjoyed my hour there and will return soon! P.S. they have a fresh juice bar in the front as well. I didn't try it as I was on my way to dinner but will...
