We were trying to find a place to enjoy some drinks and food, me being vegan. There was two of us but total three and when we came in to the restaurant, the older waiter told us that he would not have a table for us tonight at all but there were three bar seats open so we grabbed them. Prior to coming when I called, I was told that there was no vegan menu but cheese could be omitted and vegan pizza can be made for me. The menus were given to us by the younger waiter that was new, we asked for beer second and he told us that he was training and needed to double check which was totally fine. The order was taken by the older waiter and food was brought to us very quickly but after that, we were never checked on after, the third person came in to join us and we had to ask for a menu, we ordered from the cook becasue the both waiters were so busy w tables that they could not bother taking our order or checking up on guests seating at the bar, we were basically just left unattended. We asked for the check and wanted to split it and the older waiter said it could only be split in half which I have never heard of. I wanted until he was done w someone and told him that the customer service or lack of it gave me no desire to come back there again and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that the other waiter was new. Maybe you should not have a new waiter on a busy restaurant on a Friday night.

Two solid starts for food and the ambiance - the pizza was delicious, super thin crust, the tomato sauce had a kick and it was a perfectly balanced between all the veggies. The bar also was super rad, it had a old gentlemen's vibe w books, old record and dark wood.

I wont be coming back tho, I work my tush off for my money and I will not be coming back to a restaurant that has snooty attitude waiters and ignores their...

Angie’s is like stepping into a glam-vintage 1960’s parlor. It’s both sexy and playful at the same time, incredibly intimate yet also full of energy. It’s equally a great spot for a cozy date or a stand-out dinner for visitors.

This place is all about the pizza, with the dazzling black pizza oven as the establishment’s centerpiece. We had the hot sausage pizza, which was surprisingly puckish — the smoked cheddar gave the classic Italian pizza a solidly American twist.

We also enjoyed the mixed green salad, with a light vinegar dressing to cut through the heavy, flavorful pizza. We also gave in and got the meatballs as well — don’t skip them, if you’ve still got room in your tummy for them!

The surprise stand out of the night was the Ghia Spritz — a $6 canned mocktail, it had a delightfully complex flavor and hit all the same notes as a cocktail worth twice its price. If you’re skipping the booze for the evening, the Ghia is a must!!! We liked it so much that we went and bought a pack from the grocery store — however, there was just something about having it at Angie’s that made it even more tasty.

The retro vibes alone are reason enough to check it out, but the food and service makes it a slam dunk. If you haven’t tried Angie’s yet, you...

Brace yourselves fellow pizza aficionados, this place is a pizza paradise. Whether you visit with a spouse or your hinge date, it’s the perfect date night spot. They even have date pizza lol.

The pepperoni pizza is served with a garlic chili honey that was so delicious, it was like having a fiesta of flavors in my mouth. The brisket pizza was also just as tantalizing for my tastebuds—both of us thoroughly enjoyed it. And don’t get me started on dessert…HOMEMADE ICE CREAM. Oh. My. God. The homemade vanilla ice cream is topped with strawberry compote, shortcake crumble and a rosé strawberry syrup…wow. It was like passing away and visiting ice cream heaven.

The staff here is utterly delightful as well. They do a great job at navigating the thin line between attentive and intrusive like tightrope walkers, managing to make you feel like regulars while still giving me enough space to get lost into my man’s eyes 🥰

So, if you're looking to impress your date with some pizza that's hotter than a summer fling and an atmosphere so charming it should come with a warning label, head to Angie’s Pizza now before it becomes THE spot. Trust me, folks, this pizzeria is a slice above the rest...

Very impressed by the food here at Angie’s! We dropped in on a Monday (yes, brilliantly open on a Monday), and we’re seated in a back booth. The place is beautifully decorated and transports you back in time and to a very specific vibe. Only unfortunate thing about the space is that it can get very loud - we were seated near two parties and their laughs often echoed toward us. We ordered: - Marinated cucumbers: so simple and delicious. The sweet and spicy peanuts were a smart and delightful touch! - Meatballs: the order only comes with 2, which is a shame because they’re so tasty. Juicy, tender, meaty and nestled in a pool of flavorful tomato sauce… we saved the sauce to dip our crust into! - Eggplant pizza: probably won’t get this one again as it didn’t taste as special as others on the menu looked; however, we were really impressed by the cook on the crust. It’s incredibly thin yet still holds up to toppings without being dry! - Peach mascarpone ice cream: absolutely divine, perfect end to a lovely meal We will definitely be back and look out for Angie’s for takeout too!
