Love this store! It's small, but organized and the scents are strong without being overwhelming. I got a lovely box of green tea (not the one in a striped box) incense that has a soft and mild sweet herbal scent without being too sweet. The person who worked there was friendly and helpful without being intrusive (not easy in such a small space) and would light samples of the incense for us when we wanted to smell them. The packaging on the sticks I got were aesthetically pleasing and would make fantastic gifts. Unrelated, my mom and I walked into this store after eating a heavy meal and were incredibly bloated. After shopping in this store we left feeling oddly refreshed. Not sure if the store was the cause, but I'll definitely keep that in my mind...

This shop has the best quality incense for a reasonable price. They have a great selection, in terms of brand, scent, and cost. The shop used to be on the bridge in Japantown, however it has moved to the back of Asakichi Antique, Arts, & Tea Ceremony Store (first store on your right when entering the West Mall from the Peace Plaza). It's a really nice small business with many beautiful crafted items. It's very narrow and there are many breakable things. Mind the space around you and if you have small children, I wouldn't recommend letting them inside unless you know they will not pull stuff off shelves.
