The worst station in San Francisco. I would suggest that they close this station permanently. There are numerous homeless congregating everywhere begging for money. There is no police anywhere to be found. BART put an open bike storage area which is filled with homeless. I actually saw a man passed out with a needle in his arm. The station agents will not do anything at all. People jump the fare gates or go through the emergency exit to not pay any fare with no ONE doing anything about it. It also seems that they turn off the escalators after 11 pm every night. People are sitting on the stairs blocking you from going up or down. Inside the Muni area, a guy with a small dog let the dog poop on the floor. I suggest they totally renovate the station or have police sweeps everyday. Also, when it rains or super cold outside, the homeless and others camp out inside. There needs to be a constant police prescence in the station. I also observed that people are sitting on the stairs blocking access to and from the station. I see people riding bikes and skateboards inside.

Also, one evening when I was going to work, a homeless man jumped onto the tracks to find some change. People were freaking out that he was on the tracks as a Muni train was about a minute away. A man offered him a dollar to get back onto the platform as he pulled him...

Above ground the sk8r bois are back. They make me feel safe being a 90's chick whose friends were all surfer, stoner, sk8r heads.
