The customer service here is tragic! Hey they're open until 8 p.m. I asked to try something on at 6:52 p.m. I was told that the change rooms close at 7 so no I can try something on which is ridiculous it would have taken me less than five minutes to have tried on the dress that I had. So I gave up shopping for clothes and proceeded to get housewares together at 8 when the closing announcement came on the lady ran up to me and told me that they were closed and I had to put my merchandise back. I asked her if I could go to another register she said no I had to leave my merchandise upstairs and was incredibly rude about it the whole time. It blows my mind that after a year-and-a-half pandemic businesses can get away with customer service like this they should be grateful for every customer they have. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won't be shopping at Macy's for quite a while and usually a shop here twice a week at least.
