One of the most generic restaurants I've ever eaten in. The service is just plain horrendous. The server taking my order was just as neutral as can be, no greeting or anything. She purposely added more items to my order to increase the overall bill. Example being I ordered chips and salsa, but she brought chips, salsa and guacamole. The guacamole is separate and a additional $6. If you don't indicate that you don't want handmade tortillas for your tacos they will do it automatically and you'll be charged a dollar extra for each taco. Very dishonest business practices going on here. The server forgot to bring my glass of water three times, place was practically empty at the time. The carnitas tacos and el pastor taco had no flavor whatsoever. I could taste the tortilla, onions, cilantro and salsa. The meat was completely bland. The chips were good, the salsa and guacamole were mid. This place is decorated to match the food, generic and bland. I'm a really good tipper, but I left no tip to this shady server playing games with the bill. Between the dishonest billing and awful food best to stay...

Food: Tacos were excellent chefs kiss and they make their tortillas by hand! The tacos tasted similar to the tacos we had in Mexico City and were full of flavor. Ordered one each of the tacos to get a little taste of everything. My favorite was the chicharron and the tinga. The tinga was a flavor bomb with a mild kick.

Food note: I went for lunch with my friends and we originally came for the Al pastor tacos but found out they don’t fire the spit until 4pm. Not sure if that’s just cause it’s opening weekend or if Al pastor is only served after a certain time everyday. Will definitely be back for that! (I’ll ask when I go back and update this when I find out)

Service: The service was fast and the staff were all so friendly and kind!

Vibe: Think cute sit down restaurant but with taqueria prices. The attention to detail for decor was excellent. Aesthetics were beautiful and the place had a really cool vibe to it. Tacos were served on hand painted clay plates and drinks came in traditional blue rimmed glassware.

Overall, I...

Clean place friendly service with fresh salsa bar. They carry a nice selection of beers, margaritas and few wine bottles that you can have with your tacos while watching sports on their large TV’s. I wanted to try the food and ordered a Carne Asada taco one taco Al Pastor and a Poc Chuc taco. When I paid I was given a lotería card and was told to take a seat, place the card on the table and they they will delivered shortly. The tacos were served with a fresh homemade tortillas over a nice oval artisan clay plate with caramelized onions on the side. I was disappointed with the technique used to cook the meat, it looks that oil was used to fry the meat and the moisture was driven off as a result. All three meats had the same dried no taste profile that needed a cold beer in order to make the tacos...
