The most disappointing nail experience, and I am one very easy client. Stopped there for pedi around 2 years ago, and got unbelievably sloppy rushed job, if any. She didn't even bother to file nails after cutting them, so the nails were catching on the socks after my pedicure! No base coat, uneven shape. I had to redo nails at home after I paid for pedi. Two years later, I decided to give them a second chance, hoping that they have possibly hired more responsible staff since my visit 2 years ago. Could that be that I got to the same lady second time, or they are mostly the same there? Just crazy. The service was same level or disappointment again. Rushed, barely touched nails, no base coat, she didn't even wait few seconds between applying polish coats and top coat, so the color turned out to be smudged and patchy. Didn't bother to put me under lamp or fan to dry. Had to wipe it off and do my best at home again :( You probably guessed correctly by now that I will never be back and would not recommend this place to anyone, as there are chances you will have experience...

I wish I could give this place no stars. The customer service was phony - they smile when really they talk horribly about you in their home language ( I had a friend translate). My pedicure looks horrible - looked patchy once it completely dried (according to them) and my toe nails are clipped un even. My full set looks nothing like the Refrence photo I showed. Don’t tell me you can do a service if you can’t or are unsure. Not to mention they KEPT trying to up sell me. Demanded a tip and the worse service of all were my lashes. The lash tech put so much glue I went to another place to get them professionally removed and the lady had never seen anything this bad in her career. There was no way around me losing my real lashes. Absolutely awful. Worse 150.00...

Unfortunately this is not the same New York Nails I used to go to back in the day it was horrible God a gel set for my toes and for my hands and I'm only a week into having it done and then paint is chipping it's peeling off I don't scrub floors for a living so I don't understand why it's just a horrible job and I truly wouldn't recommend nobody go here it's really sad that my nails look the way they do only have been done a week ago and pain 25 or however much it was for a gel set when I could have just gotten regular manicure and dealt with the chip in your probably would...
