An amazing little hidden feature of San Francisco's Mission neighborhood - great for kids, solitary walks, and dates. A pretty long straight set of slides right in the middle of the neighborhood. Walking up the west face of Bernal Hill - a block of Esmeralda street has slides instead of pavement! There are stairs too. And it's more than a block. There area few adjacent mini-playgrounds and viewing areas. The slopes also have some amazing plants - be careful not to disturb them. Local residents must have taken great care to create and maintain this hillside garden.
