Oye Managua — Restaurant in San Francisco

We went in and the service was so bad from the start. We waited a good 15 min before the waitress acknowledged us I had 4 in my party by the time the waitress gave us the menus we where ready to go I ordered 6 Naca tamales to go. The waitress was so rude and wanted to know why we where living I told her we are going back to Modesto CA to eat them at home. She huffed and rolled her eyes. Didn't say anything that she was going to get the tamales so we got up to go. Then in Spanish she goes here is your naca tamales so I go okay how much then she huffed again and said $54 & Change I said how much for one she said $9.00 WHY? I said because you didn't say anything to me you just walked off. She said in Spanish are you going to buy them or not. I said I'm going to buy them and there is no reason to be rude and roll your eyes just because we decided we are not going to eat here. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! My husband and I went to eat there today to relive our first date which was there over 17 years ago, the food was decent (had been good in past visits) today was disappointing as was the service. That’s not why I’m giving them a bad review though; when bringing us our “bill” I realized they charged us the CONTAINERS we needed to take the food we didn’t finish while dining at $3 EACH container! On top of that they charged for my TAP WATER! This is insane, I’ve never been charged such ridiculous items and it’s unfortunate they are trying to get over on their customers because the table in front of me was also charged a fee he didn’t understand and was upset when he left and said they wouldn’t be coming back, that makes two of us now! My son chose here for his birthday because we miss my grandmas food but this place was not good at all. The food had no flavor, and my daughter’s kids meal looked like microwave food the nacatamal I had no flavor we also ordered tajadas that tasted like the ones they sell in bags the waitress got our order wrong and when we got our bill nothing we ordered matched the price on the menu. We ordered 2 chancho con galllo pinto, 1 kids meal 1 tajada verde con queso 1 nacatamal with bread ( which) i didn’t ask 3 sodas! Bill came to $79.00!! What? Ladronada!! And on top CASH ONLY!!!
