Pacific Gas & Electric Co — Local services in San Francisco

Useless monopoly, sent a technician on place where I conduct business ( to inspect gas meters) , I’m on second floor got no gas service, no meter, technician roams around for while comes back and says ( meter is in first floor ) here is a tix and we need access to it . Explained to him , I do not own the building, I have no access to first floor , and building is owned by park and recreation of San Francisco. We never used gas , is no gas pipes coming on second floor . He is well here is the tix you got to call 1-800 number or if no access we might cut electricity. Dumb as rock , called 1-800 , got no where. Notified landlord and wait and see . Like as small business owner I got nothing...
