I went to this place on Saturday for the first time and the high as a kite, knock off security had the balls to tell me that I wasn't getting a first time discount for being a new patient. I replied that it was my second trip to San Francisco and I had only been to two other collectives before that. He rolled his eyes and told apparently someone higher up he had remembered scanning my rec earlier which they proceeded to give me a discount nonetheless. Funny thing is I walked in with my husband who was for sure a first timer, even in the rent a cops eyes, and he was the one actually making the purchase so I would have gotten a discount regardless. Little does he know I have worked in multiple collectives myself and I know that is not how any establishment is ran. All in all if you can't handle smoking and doing your job RIGHT ease up. If you come here looking for the historic LoveShack, you are going to be sadly mistaken. The much loved LoveShack and its great vibes are gone. Replaced by a dentist office like feel that has $90 eighths and $700 ounces. You have got to be kidding!!! The clerk was extremely rude in answering a simple question about their policies.
