Absolutely Blown Away by West Wind Auto Body Shop!

I'm writing this review as arguably a satisfied customer of West Wind Auto Body Shop. For years, I knew Tony and the team through a mutual friend. Tony has always been incredibly generous with his time and knowledge, offering advice on car matters whenever I've asked, without ever expecting anything in return.

A minor accident meant I needed to go through somebody’s insurance, and without hesitation, I decided to take my car to West Wind Auto Body. And honestly, I couldn't be happier with that decision.

From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. They seamlessly managed the entire process, from arranging for me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car to keeping me updated every step of the way. Their communication was fast, clear, and reassuring.

The speed at which they completed the repairs was impressive, but what truly matters is the quality. My car looks absolutely brand new – you would never know it was involved in an accident. This isn't just an empty talk; I'm genuinely thrilled with the results.

I just purchased a brand new big black truck to replace my 18 year old Avalanche so I could pull a heavier load. Bd carry a camper.

I had West Wind do a ceramic paint guard and interior protection for about 1/2 price what the dealer offered and it came out perfect.

When I say perfect, I mean I looked over the entire truck, which is black, and did not see one swirl mark or imperfection. It was literally like a mirror! Time will tell but right now this shines better than any wax job I’ve done. This my 3rd black car and first big black truck and I’m sure this coating will make it much easier to keep clean.

Having an accident is never a pleasant experience. The staff at West Wind Automotive really took care of me and helped me through each step of the insurance and repair process. I am absolutely terrible when it comes to Body works. I knew nothing about it but know that West Wind Automotive did a great job on my car compared to many others in the city.

I came to West Wind Automotive via, from a suggestion of a friend. That was the best thing I've ever done with my car. I had two seperated accidents happened at the same month. I had a stressful, and difficult time dealing with insurance company but Shannon, a representative from West wind automotive, made me relieved.

She took care everything regarding insuance matters. Denis is a man who is in charge in getting a deligently, detailed works for my car.

Denis is an absolute professional, and he was very informative highly knowledgable about he was going to do for my car. Not only that he was doing a great job in all areas that had damages from the accidents, he was also went above and beyond to patch some of the other areas that has minor flaws, making my car looks absolutely like a brandnew machine.
