The first time I went here the owner did my gel x manicure and it was great. Somehow things got worst every time.

The owner’s daughter rushed through the gel x application so they cured not flush to my nail, it looked awful. I tried one last time and was again rushed, there was so much to grind down from the uneven gel x application and the technician seemed perfectly fine with my having wildly lumpy nails. I asked three times to make them smoother and still left with an ugly manicure.

Not sure the name of the person who did my nails, but I went to the Inner Richmond location on California St. The experience was okay... There was no speaking the entire time. When I mentioned my graduation (reason for nails) nothing was said. At the end, another person who worked there said "oo let her take a picture for Instagram" and the person who did my nails said no. Seeing as I booked through Instagram, I kind of expected her to post the nails like her other clients.
