I would give 6 stars if I could. My husband and I were timid about buying a new couch, especially one with a hefty price tag for newlyweds; but, I am in love with our Bloke sofa. The design is unlike anything we were able to find elsewhere. It is beautiful, comfortable, and stylistically androgynous enough to pair with our antique danish and modern furniture pieces, while being a show-stopper all on its own. It is a great value and we could not be happier with our choice. We are so impressed with the quality of the couch, and the service we received from Brian Early was unparalleled. He is so incredibly friendly and did not pressure us in the least. His knowledge of Blu Dot options and furniture in general absolutely blew us away. He helped us think through the implications of the Bloke sofa among other options, including colors and seat height; and, even asked us important questions about pets and lifestyle to make sure the fabric was a good fit for us! Had very bad purchase experience with the blu dot sf store. I put down an order on one of their desk in store - i didn't receive any of order confirmation even when i was still in the store! they told me i just need to wait for it, but after a few weeks nothing new from them. then i called in to cancel it as i was already exploring other desk option. and they only refund me about 80% of the refund. I emailed them to ask for the reason why they didnt issue full refund, then they got back to me with an amount that was a bit more but still not the full refund.. sf store service was just bad, i hope the company train their staff properly so they dont damage...

I love this furniture store! Everything is unique and has a clear point of view. The quality is top notch - I now have 2 chairs and 2 tables from Blu Dot and love that they easily integrate into my aesthetic and with my existing furniture, yet bring a level of fun to my home. The shop itself is a little cluttered, but still allow you to get a sense of most of the furniture in their range. The customer service is outstanding - the staff goes above and beyond for us! I will continue to come back for inspiration and any time that I need a new piece of furniture...
