
I have been a trainer here for just a short time (about 6 months) and this place is super legit! I would train clients here long term, but I am moving out of the area.
There is lots of space, a wide variety of tools and it never gets crowded to the degree that you canât get work in.
The owners, Luis and Kevin, are super easy to work with, have easy to follow fair policies and very attentive when you need something. They also are meticulous about the gym organization/cleanliness and keeping things nice â youâll notice signs and instructions for how equipment is to be used. This is something I appreciate tremendously as a former gym owner! As such, things are always where you expect them, things stay nice and everyone at the gym (members and trainers alike) are all on the same page.

   Read moreThis is a great place to train, indoors (pre-pandemic) or outside (during the pandemic). Luis and Kevin have reorganized the gym to allow for outdoor workouts. They have marked out work out spaces on the pavement (10 in all) to allow for social distancing and are providing access to gym equipment which is cleaned and disinfected after each use. You can book a time though their website and see how many other people are planning to work out at the same time. We have been using it for the past few weeks and have only seen a couple of other people. It feels safe to be working out outside in the breeze and I'm grateful to be lifting again. I definitely found that with Josh. He's a wealth of knowledge on everything fitness related. I used to feel twinges in my knee and back when trying to lift and he showed me how to properly warm up and stretch and those all went away. I also felt myself getting stronger and more confident with different exercises.
