I write this as a highly satisfied tenant of 4 and a half years! For starters, the architecture and its functionality were avante guard when built in 1964 and retain those qualities even today. It's stunning overall in offering well designed studios (most renovated), a large, secure garage, a jaw dropping sundeck with an expansive view of the Golden Gate Bridge and a couple of more spacious one bedroom units. I live in a cozy unrenovated studio which is low maintenance to clean, heat in the way smaller space affords. Also, there are 3 onsite laundry rooms and a rental office. Miguel is our go to for maintenance requests; he's kind, a prompt responder and brilliant at any repair. Familiar with the building's systems and history, he is another reason we tenants are glad we're here! Note: our complex offers the most recent and thorough fire safety protection (boosted by pre existing sprinklers in units) with sensors in units and in hallways for maximum detection and safety. Additionally, we have a state of the art tech. Butterfly access system and Parcel Pending package delivery system to further bolster our community's safety. This building is very well managed and maintained which is reflected in a myriad of ways. It is run by responsive professionals whose interest in maintaining high standards for tenants' well being is clear. In sum, I highly recommend our beautiful building in this gorgeous, genteel Historic Telegraph Hill neighborhood. It's a nice community so please feel comfortable in viewing and experiencing this for yourself! Also in contrary to the dog comment below, I have not heard barking all night and, as for excessive hallway carpet issues, I disagree. We have a full time cleaner who diligently keeps our building...

I was month-to-month on my lease. I contacted my leasing agent almost 2 months before my intended move-out date. No response. I find an email on the Trinity website and manage to find a contact person, Abel Geronimo. I give him my 30-day notice. A few days later he sends me a form to fill out. I send the form back a few days later.
A few months pass and I receive neither my security deposit back nor any explanation. I contact Abel, only to find out that I was charged for 10 additional days because the date my ā30 day noticeā started was the date the form was received. This was never communicated to me and the fact that it took multiple days to even receive this form after I gave him my written notice is ludicrous. I provided a written notice of intent to vacate which is exactly what my lease dictates.
To all you SF renters- know your rights The SF Tenants Union website provides a great overview. If your security deposit is wrongly withheld, you can take the rental agency to small claims court. It costs $35 to file and you may be entitled to up to twice the amount of your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI moved to Telegraph Hill last April, and I find the apartment staff to be very responsible and warm-hearted. They always resolve issues as quickly as possible.
One notable instance was on a Saturday evening when I had a problem with my door lock. It was already 5:30 PM, which was close to closing time. Dani at the office immediately called the maintenance staff, Miguel, after learning about the situation. I was allowed to wait at the office for Miguel, and Dani didnāt leave until around 6:20 PM to ensure I received the help I needed. Despite being off duty, Miguel arrived at the apartment within about 30 minutes and thoroughly inspected the door lock.
I am very grateful for all of this. Every email Iāve sent has received a prompt response, something my previous apartment could not provide. I want to thank Dani, Miguel, and all the staff at the Telegraph office once again. Thank you for creating such a comfortable livin...
