With Arthur in the shop you get a real pro and an absolute phone enthusiast, as well as a great selection of phones.

Arthur took a lof time to give me the best counseling and never pushed me to purchase anything that wouldn't fit my needs 100% (I just needed a cheap phone for a transition period as I had lost my phone that day and was on my way out of the country).

The phones in the store, that he picks personally, are in great condition and are available in all price categories. He showed me both the cheapest and those that were the best deal and even some, that he wasn't done working on but would've finished for me at the spot!

Arthur's service went so far that he offered to keep the shop open until late in the evening, so that I could pick up an old phone from my family in Marin and come back to him so that he could unlock it.

I also witnessed how he wrapped up a deal with another costumer and how there was kindness and passion in every word during the counseling and selling process.

If you need a used phone or need to unlock a phone - go to this shop. They also have simcards and cases so you're directly good to go! Leaving the shop you know you will have taken the right decision for sure and you will have learned a great deal about phones too.

Please do not fall in the trap of the guy named: Yusoff Bin. He approached me through LinkedIn, gave me a forged invoice of 15 iPhones.

As a seller it's their responsibility to tell the customer about all the costs associated with the product. I paid him for 15 iPhones for my business and then he stopped responding.

After a few follow ups he sent the tracking number of a dodgy courier company which has 0 reviews and almost negligible data: OHBCouriers. He did not inform me that there would be more charges and now this dodgy company is exploiting me and asking me to pay $1200.

Blatant cheating, asking the customer later on to pay $1200 which is half the amount of the order total to get the goods delivered.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!...

I was looking to upgrade my phone and found out about this place through a friend. I did not want to pay the high price of buying a new phone, even with trade in credit through my carrier. They had a large varieties of phones in great conditions. The sales person was super helpful and helped me set up the iPhone 7 plus i picked. I also got a better trade in value for my old model. The cherry on top was that they gave me a great deal on a new case and screen cover. I've had the phone for a few months now and have no issues with it. Super happy, I got such a great deal and didn't have to spend a lot to upgrade it. Definitely will be back when I want to...
