Great Customer Service, personal attention, lightning-fast delivery, over-the-top (free!) gorgeous wrapping...check, check, check, check!! I ordered two Jellycats from this company I'd never heard of before, and boy did they blow our socks off! I ordered on a Saturday from halfway across the U.S., and we received our order on Monday! I was shocked! Then when we opened the package, the gifts were so beautifully wrapped, it felt like a family member had sent us Christmas presents in June! Each Jellycat was individually wrapped in a little box that was colorful and tied with pretty twine, and pink tissue paper concealed the surprises inside for my daughter. Not to mention there was a little envelope in the package with a sticker and a package of Smarties as an extra thank-you from the owners! I don't know about you, but in my opinion, that kind of care and attention to detail is rare these days and something that puts these guys at the head of their game when it comes to TLC and awesome customer service. A charming, low-fi toy store for non-digital, younger children. My 2.5 yo child friend loved the store and saw nothing but things to squish, colors to astonish, and folx to put to nap time. I want all the linen mice friends and their houses, but that is MY inner child. We purchased a simple wooden train/sailboat set that delighted in many combinations for the days over thanksgiving. I returned to purchase a houseboat toy for a Christmas gift that would give her “nap time”opps with the Otter family (little sleeping bags!) and getting organized with the simple furniture. Such an amazing adorable children's boutique store. AND DOG FRIENDLY!! I loved the spectrum of different toys, clothes and more offered. Some of the items can be pretty pricey, but you'll definitely find something great that is within your budget. My bestie and I, came here with our corgis, so that she could get her nephew a bday present. She bought him a cool microscope kit, some rocks and fossils, and then some extra little things. We even adored the cute stuffed animals and was so tempted to buy one for ourselves just because how freak'n adorable they were! The staff was friendly and even asked if she needed gift wrapping. Even if you're in the neighborhood, it would be a cool place to stop by...
