Avoid it if you can !!!

Really bad experience at this laundromat. Showed up on a Saturday to do my laundry (I’m visiting from Europe) first the App available to pay is available just on the US App Store. Found an ATM in the area (3.75$ surcharge) went back (the laundromat is on hill) then inserted 3 quarters in the machine, pulled but. Nothing. Called the customer service dept. They said “oh it’s probably jammed, there is nothing we can do, you can go to a supermarket and buy your own detergent. This attempt to do laundry ended up being a massive waste of time, and also a waste of money. 75c in the vending for nothing, and we the 3.75$ atm surcharge and no laundry. Found another one around the corner where I could pay with a credit card, and buy single serve package of detergent. Tons of Bubbles was simply an unlucky and bad choice on my part. Great laundromat! It’s super clean, modern, and the fun wall murals keep the place vibrant. There’s a small sofa for one person to sit, so the seating is limited, but I felt comfortable leaving and coming back.
